Nice Location and cute hotel

The hotel was very cute and nice. Small hotel situated on the 1st floor of a residential building. The location is very good closer to everything.
If one has heavy bags then one has to carry it by stairs as no elevator. The owners are very nice and helpful.

Good, but I would not come back

The hotel is a kind of a large apartment in a residential building with several rooms, breakfast is at shared table. Administration staff very welcoming, welcoming, comfortable room, even being small and our was like it was a loft. Overall, it was good, but it is not the style of hotel that I like because there is no 24-hour service if any event occurs.

If you are driving a car in Florence, this hotel is for you! Very easy to get to, it is not in the chaotic historic district but is close enough to walk there quickly. The parking garage is right beside the hotel, one and done! Our room was very large and beautifully decorated. Friendly staff and lovely breakfast made for an excellent stay.

The apartment was lovely and clean. Sylvia was delightful along with the rest of the staff. They did everything they could to make us comfortable.

Staff fantastic, clean and beautiful room, lovely fresh breakfast. Great stay , would definitely recommend .
