Nice hotel in the middle of the city, but noisy.

The rooms at this hotel were excellent: comfortable beds and a modern, spacious bathroom. And there was a big TV screen where we could watch Netflix!
The check-in procedure was a bit cumbersome (there is no reception in the hotel), but ultimately not problematic for us: we were referred to a nearby travel agency where we got our key.
Now, we do understand that if you choose to stay in a hotel in the city centre, some liveliness can be expected from the area. Unfortunately the nearby cafes produced a lot of noise, sometimes until 1 or 2 am. And often as early as at 6 am already, the streets were swept clean and shops were noisily restocked. Closing the windows and turning on the air conditioning was not an option for us, because moisture was leaking from the air conditioning and we didn't dare to leave it on for that reason.
Apart from the not ideal sleeping conditions, we found it a pleasant hotel. Domodossola is a little underrated, but a fantastic town to visit. In addition, you can visit both Lake Maggiore and Lago d'Orta from here (also by train!). Also highly recommended is the medieval village of Vogogna with its 14th century stone castle.
We would certainly consider this hotel again, but may also look for a slightly quieter hotel next time.

Very nice facility, bad service.

We spent with a couple of friends 2 nights at this property. Positive notes: in the center of Domodossola, large, well-kept and well renovated rooms. Very pleasant environment. NEGATIVE NOTES: in our case the structure was managed by the adjacent travel agency Monique, which turned out to be absolutely unreliable. We immediately reported the COLD water problem in the bathroom. They assured us that they would do so. That did not happen. As the next day, despite our complaints, in the evening when returning from a trip we found the same problem again. 2 days without using hot water for shower/bath is unacceptable. We felt fooled.

Irresponsible appraisers

Lousy serviceplease don't think about booking at this property I had the bad fortune to book by booking and it's date that I still don't get refunded while I'm away from the property they never opened my door and they didn't answer my calls or messages and took care of the entire stay and they don't want to return my money. I do not recommend it by RATEROS.

I stayed at this property in the delux room. Very nice but the price is not related to the type of room (no elevator), also because in the area there are b & b at the same price with breakfast. The discreet welcome.

Beautiful ring hearing

The hotel is very central and well located. The rooms are functional and clean, but unfortunately very ring-heard. The cleaning crew in the morning is like a herd of elephants – you can hear them romping through the house in the morning. But I found the multiple shaking at the door wrong. In any case, it was not relaxing.
