Excellent stay
Very nice hotel, strategic location very close to the station, the sea, and the historic center. Beautiful and spacious rooms, equipped with every comfort, as is the modern bathroom. Excellent service and, above all, excellent cleanliness. Excellent value for money..

Never again, shameful toward the customer...........!!
A necessary disclaimer: my judgment refers EXCLUSIVELY to the bar/pastry shop and not to the Hotel (where everyone who has been there reports a clean, friendly, and pleasant environment in terms of both service and rooms).
I went to this bar on a Sunday morning for a very quick breakfast (my usual spots in Chiavari were closed or out of the way). I asked for a pear juice and a small piece of focaccia with ham and cheese, which strangely was placed on a separate small plate.....the waitress, instead of correctly telling me it was from the day before, kindly handed it to me (perhaps thinking "here's the sucker who took it"), with the result that I ate (not all of it, because I left some) a dry focaccia with hard, shriveled cheese, literally stuck to a slice of low-quality ham, all of which I only digested after a few hours (I didn't want to go and complain because there were other customers and it didn't seem right to me....but perhaps I was wrong).
I am sorry to have to give a negative review, also because the bar would be nice and the service kind, but in the face of such an event, unfortunately, one cannot remain silent.
What can I say?.....for those who want to try it, be careful about the freshness of what you get....and of the kind ladies behind the counter, one would ask for a little more respect for the clientele!!!!
p.s. I also note African heat inside and, unfortunately, little cleanliness outside.

Non possiamo che darLe ragione: la focaccia che Le è stata servita non era fresca, e questo non avrebbe dovuto accadere. Ce ne scusiamo sinceramente.
Tenga presente che la nostra produzione è artigianale e quotidiana — brioche, dolci e focacce vengono preparati ogni mattina con cura — e quanto accaduto non rispecchia il nostro standard abituale. La domenica mattina è uno dei momenti di maggiore affluenza del nostro locale, e purtroppo in quella concitazione può capitare che qualche dettaglio sfugga al controllo del personale. Questo non giustifica l’accaduto, ma spiega un contesto in cui lavoriamo sempre al massimo per garantire qualità e freschezza a tutti i clienti.
Prendiamo nota anche delle osservazioni sul calore interno e sulla pulizia esterna: sono segnalazioni utili su cui ci impegniamo a intervenire.

Highly recommended!!!
Impeccably maintained hotel with new and elegant rooms and bathrooms, extremely kind and helpful staff, conveniently located near the beach, train station, and parking in the heart of the city. Breakfast with super artisanal cakes, truly recommended for everything!!!

Very good location and service
This hotel is excellent for a 3 star. The room was comfortable with a terrace, the service very good and the cafe had a superb selection of sandwiches, cakes, croissants etc with friendly staff. It is ideally located beside the cathedral at the centre storico and a few minutes walk from the beach and train station. We really enjoyed our stay.
