I will return as soon as possible!

The cleanliness and professionalism of the staff stood out. Nice place, equipped with all the comforts in the room. I liked the breakfast... I call it "essential" there is so much quality in the products offered freshly made coffee and cappuccino. The buffet is not flashy but wins you in quality. If you are a savoury breakfast person I recommend you report it at the time of booking so that you can organize the best of your needs. It seemed a bizarre choice... I'm often around and I always see tables of inedible food that definitely ends up in the garbage..... at joy no. On reflection I would say that it is a very conscious choice. Then I repeat..... just ask and they will be more than happy to accommodate every need.... and you see them the high level of staff. What about.... I definitely recommend it and will be back!
What would I change???? I would say nothing.... as a glutton I can only claim a nice tart at breakfast! But certainly in the tourist season will not miss. Thanks to all the staff... we spent 2 beautiful nights

Satisfactory experience

Strategic place to visit the most famous places in Campania (Naples- Archaeological excavations of Pompeii- Royal Palace of Caserta). Friendly and well-trained staff, especially the director Giuseppe, who provided us with his total availability and expertise, helping us to make the best of the locations visited. However, all the staff was always kind and available to meet all our needs.

Acceptable

Dated rooms, old and broken mattress!!!! the old bathroom certainly needs to be renovated with a water leak which we reported but not repaired.
The very 80's breakfast needs to be modernized!!!

It's like feeling at home...

I am firmly convinced that what makes the difference between one hotel and another is not the softest pillow...or the most assorted breakfast...but the staff who work there together with the owner...Here's to being hosted by Joy, it's just like feeling "protected"... having the knowledge that any doubts will be resolved and any problems solved. Comfortable rooms, excellent cuisine and gourmet pizza. Special thanks go to Giuseppe the director, an exquisite, empathetic and resourceful person , but also thanks to the owner of the entire structure, always present and with a smile on his lips... hats off also to all the staff, for the preparation and cheerfulness and thanks to Giuseppe (shuttle driver and valet), a man with "Noble soul, very patient and always available to accompany us everywhere. If you find yourself in Castelvolturno, don't hesitate to stop at Joy, you certainly won't be disappointed
