Great vacation

Great vacation. Elegant and quiet hotel. Good food. We feel at home here now. Only the variety of desserts and the setup of the evening appetizers need improvement to avoid the long evening line.

Beautiful vacation in August

Family vacation in August. Very beautiful hotel in a quiet location, very close to the sea and the promenade, partner beach clean and well-kept with kind staff. Cleaning of rooms and common areas impeccable, cuisine excellent in variety, quality, and quantity. Very kind and helpful staff. Owners always ready to accommodate every request. They helped me brilliantly to resolve a health need. Highly recommended

Friendly, clean, perfect location.

Nice hotel in a quiet, central location, just a short walk from the sea. The entrance area is stylishly furnished, with charm, and inviting. The owner family is very friendly and attentive. The room is quite small but clean. Breakfast was a bit monotonous. A bit more variety would be nice, with meats, cheeses, and vegetables.
The breakfast service was not entirely professional; the trainee needs more intensive guidance or training in service!
All in all, a top hotel, well-maintained, clean, and a very friendly nice family.
We always enjoy coming back.

Very disappointing

Rooms are small but clean. It's generally a bit dated. It is very noisy! Especially if Italian families are staying there. Then the walls are made of cardboard!
Breakfast is okay if there are multiple guests. Although you will find hairs among the boiled eggs. Lots of sweets, lots of pre-packaged. Just the eggs and the cold cuts, cheese are fresh. Much is also uncovered like, for example, the toppings in the yogurt. Stand there all morning and are just put back on the buffet the next day.
We stayed longer than the families and got the remnants of that breakfast for 2 more days. At least the fruit that was left, the cake the cake. ....We just paid for a new fresh breakfast. So we didn't get that.
The decor of the hotel is just like the room dated, 90s we guess.
The manager at reception is seemingly nice but he is not warm, cordial or helpful.
The hotel seems to act as a revenue model. But really welcoming, caring about the guests, nurturing, no, we're not. Dozed off hotel which relies on what it must have been once. It was quite a setback for us, especially compared to the previous stays on this trip. There was the cordiality, kindness, helpful.
