Best B and B ever, nicest owner ever, loved it!

Me and my friend stayed in this B and B for 3 days and we loved it! The room was beautiful, clean, nicely decorated and air conditioned but the highlight was the owner Enrico who was the nicest guy ever. He picked us up to and from airport, sent a plate of cookies to our room for my birthday and told us to feel at home which we really did. Really nice breakfast spread too (mini nutella!) and all for a really affordable price. Both my friend and I said that if we ever come back to Cagliari (and we hope too) we'd stay at this B and B again!

ABSOLUTELY AVOID

THE MANAGER SCREAMS AT ANY TIME OF THE DAY OR NIGHT, MAKES GUESTS UNCOMFORTABLE WITH OBSCENE PROPOSALS. FROM PSYCHIATRIC PROBLEMS.

Horrible experience

We literally had to run away because the host made us feel uncomfortable. also the room was dirty with a finger of dust on the bedside table. He refused to repay us the advance he had asked for and for which he did not invoice, and he showered us with insult messages.
I strongly advise against going to this property.

Ho il video fatto appena andate via queste due maleducato.. . L offesa agli genere umano fatta a persona e molto peggio in quanto espressione del gentil desso. La mia recensione non ha stelle ma tanta vergogna

A super friendly, 5 star experience if it weren't for the breakfast!

My friend and I just came back from a wonderful trip to Cagliari, after having booked the whole thing very last minute. We found this B&B on hostelworld and chose it because it was reasonably priced and looked like it would be clean. As two recent graduates, our expectations really weren't high, we just wanted a roof over our heads so we could have a holiday in the sun. But this place was absolutely lovely - very clean rooms, with beautiful bathrooms and air conditioning, with a bus stop just a stone's throw away connecting the B&B to the centre of town and Poetto beach, with buses to the centre running like clockwork (something else that surprised us, being in Italy!). The B&B was in a gated block of flats, so it felt very secure too. To top it all off, everyone was incredibly friendly. The owner, Enrico offered a us a glass of wine to celebrate our arrival and toast our trip. And possibly friendliest of all was his cleaner/administrator/assistant Manuela, who was always there to greet us in the mornings with a smile on her face and help us out if we needed it!
There is only one criticism and this is probably only relevant for non-Italian travellers. The breakfast was very basic and there were no savoury options at all. Breakfast consisted of some packaged biscuits, white toast bread, some sweet croissants and cornflakes and occasionally yoghurts. It is most likely that you would not get anything different anywhere else in Italy, which is fine, however a bit of fruit would have been nice, and perhaps some brown bread too!

Only a few days, but a great experience

Holy Crap. This was the best bed and breakfast I have ever been to. Enrico is a really nice guy. First he picked my wife and I up from the airport. Then he lent us two bikes so that my wife and I could ride down to Poletto beach.
He helped my wife and I make reservations and recommended a really cute little ristorante called Dr. Ampex, which served a bunch of antipasti. I had a great time in Sardinia and it was thanks in large to how helpful our host was.
One thing to note: If you'd like to borrow his scooter or bikes, ask him in advance since any traveler who stays there will probably try to reserve it too.
