Unforgettable stay
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A truly unforgettable stay at Hayfield Manor
We have just returned from the most wonderful stay at Hayfield Manor celebrating our Silver Wedding Anniversary, and we honestly couldn’t have chosen anywhere more special.
From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The setting is absolutely beautiful, our room was gorgeous, and every member of staff we met was so polite, friendly and welcoming. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and it was the little thoughtful touches throughout our stay that made it feel so special.
A special mention has to go to Arissa on reception, who was incredibly welcoming when we arrived and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for our anniversary. Her attention to detail and kindness really made a difference.
We had an amazing meal in The Orchids Restaurant. The food was absolutely incredible, and Ronan, our waiter, was so attentive, friendly and knowledgeable. He made the evening even more enjoyable.
We also loved spending time at the bar. Bilpin made the most amazing cocktails and was so interactive and friendly, chatting with us and making us feel completely at home. It was such a lovely experience.
The hotel itself is stunning. The flowers in reception were absolutely beautiful, and the pianist playing was such a lovely touch and created the perfect atmosphere.
And then there was breakfast…absolutely out of this world! The champagne at breakfast was the perfect finishing touch and made the whole experience feel incredibly special.
Hayfield Manor isn't just a beautiful hotel — it's the exceptional staff, personal touches and attention to detail that make it truly memorable. We felt so looked after throughout our stay and couldn't have asked for a better place to celebrate 25 years of marriage.

I highly recommend this spa to anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious treat.
I visited the spa on my birthday, 31st August, and it was such a glamorous, peaceful, and relaxing experience. I booked a back massage and a facial, and Karen was absolutely wonderful. She was professional, attentive, and made me feel completely at ease.
The facial was so relaxing that I almost fell asleep! It was exactly what I needed. After my treatment, the team surprised me with a lovely little birthday pastry, which was such a thoughtful touch and made my day even more special.
We also had lunch there, and the food was delicious. The staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and efficient throughout our visit.
A heartfelt thank you to everyone for making my birthday so memorable. I truly enjoyed every moment and couldn’t have been happier with my experience. I highly recommend this spa to anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious treat.

Help when it was needed!
Great hotel and great staff. My wife had a bad fall near to the hotel, staff could not have been more helpful or supportive special shout out to Arissa who was wonderful! it’s when things go wrong, and they can, that your glad you chose to stay in a realy good hotel!

Amazing spa
We had an amazing experience at the spa! We really enjoyed the pool, and especially the jacuzzi, it was so relaxing and pleasant. The massage was also fantastic. The massage girls have golden hands! They were so lovely and professional, and the massage was exactly what we needed. We really enjoyed our time, highly recommend! ❤️

The Spa was fantastic. Unfortunately, the weight room and gym was small, smelled of the black rubber floor and was very small. We enjoyed long walks near the property and the use of tennis courts nearby.
