Rare Oasis in the heart of Ubud

This place is the perfect, quiet location to explore Ubud from. Gojek picks up and delivers here with zero delay making getting around or food delivery a breeze. The staff were so kind and friendly, the room I stayed in was stunning, with a gorgeous view and wonderfully air-conditioned with an open air shower that was completely private. A beautiful statue of Saraswati watches over the location reminding me to give thanks to such a lovely place in the world. This is the place you want to stay if you are coming to Ubud.

Must stay if you are in Ubud

Absolutely Amazing place! Really peaceful and quiet. Surrounded with rice fields and beautiful nature. Very helpful staff and they made sure our stay is easy and safe. Very quick to respond and took care of our car services too. We also liked the fact that all the places that we wanted to go in ubud are accessible and near. Ubud Art market was just 10 min away. Would recommend this place highly to our friends and family

Wow! What a Crazy Bad Experience- here is a CURRENT review

I hate writing review like this but with no other recourse as told to me by the organizer of a recent retreat, I have to. My first impression as OK the room presented without caution. The grounds were shoddy and neglected. Ok they had Covid in the past few years, like we all did. Then the food, mush mash- not tasty no Balinese infused, and as rudimentary as it could be. But worse, if there were leftovers, that food was reconstituted to make breakfast or lunch the next day. I have been at other “retreat centers” this one was more expensive and less fulsome in its offerings of food, hospitality, and guest services than any other. It’s as if the staff just couldn’t or wouldn’t connect. One easy way would be to ask guest, “is everything ok?”, “can we get you anything else?” Meh-none of that. And then there are the BUGS. I took a rest one afternoon to awaken to a bed full of ants. The had houses themselves on a dirty canopy cover about the bed that was worn and unclean, and had made their way down to my bed.
On another occasion the food was so bad that I went into the fridge in the kitchen to see what I could eat- everything from the day before and that day had been stored in the fridge to make food for the following day, which they did. Come on man! I understand the owners are Australian, but staff would not give me their email address. Too bad, they could have avoided this review. Close this place down now, or fly in and fix it man. It’s too gross for yoga or mindfulness retreats if the organizer of the retreat wants his/her people to feel that they are in a safe, nurturing, albeit no-frills space. I’m sad to say that if the 7 places I stayed during my one month stay in Bali, this one was the very worst. Please call me if you would like to discuss, as often out of an honest, constructive review you can get to work to turn this place into the place I hear it once was.

A miracle

Naya is a bit like Bali itself. A miracle.
The place is wonderful, totally immersed in nature, surrounded by rice fields; the only noises you can hear are those of the jungle, everywhere in the Naya.
The room assigned to me was beautiful - beware if you are afraid of insects, this is no place for you! The food is excellent, the staff very kind, always available, always ready to help. The yoga shala is a wonderful place, both for yoga and for other things (coaching for example); here too the only "radio" is nature.
I would come back tomorrow, I might stay there for a month. Thank you Naya, thank you Ubud, thank you Bali!

Beautiful, Relaxing Experience

I went to experience their 5 day/4 night retreat. It was a beautiful experience. I stayed in the Prem room. The staff were wonderful, the room was clean, and the bed very comfortable. I practiced yoga every morning, had breakfast delivered to my room, and participated other activities offered by Naya as part of the package. If you're looking to spend quiet time, this is the property for you. It's located in a more rural area in Ubud. I was very pleased with the retreat package and the other amenities offered by Naya. I would do it again.
