Great Secret Hideaway

This small boutique Hotel is fantastic value, clean and tidy with friendly staff...what else do you want.
Well the other great points about this hotel is that it is very close to the beach, a nice size clean pool and a great breakfast.
They clean your room daily but we choose to make it slightly easier for the staff by getting it cleaned every second day and only getting new towels daily.
At the end of the street on the main road there is a great Japanese restaurant which is very cheap.
There is also a Pizzeria just down the road which is owned by a crazy Italian dude who makes sensational authentic pizzas.
Convenient store also very close with an ATM.
Here you will find the best beaches in a BALI, go for a 20 min walk or hop on your scooter and go towards the Hyatt and the Blow Hole...here you will find white sandy beaches with some small surf.
The Staff at Palm Bamboo are all fantastic, very lovely people and best of all was Eka, top guy!
Thanks again guys we will continue to recommend your hotel and be back in the near future.

Excellent Value for money

This place was amazing for me and my wife and really quite a lot of value for money. Having paid about 32 USD, I wasn't expecting too much but entering it , it looked like a slice of paradise. The pool was very pleasant, there weren't many people here due to the recent elections and earthquake .
Accordingly me and my wife were really content with the location given that it was bang in between the activities/waters ports area. It had a free shuttle to Mengiat beach and had scooters on rent plus free breakfast (although not very elaborate).
We were also quite amazed with the hospitality of the staff here who were quite ok with us roaming around in brief swimsuits and even helped take some honey moon themed pics of us.
The wifi was decent and the hotel arranged transportation to another accomodation via taxi. We also found money changers and minimarts right outside so literally anything we needed was at our doorsteps.
Do note that there is a little bit of a walk (3-4 mins) from the main road but that only contributes to the peace and tranquility of the place.
On a whole, I highly recommend this place given the price, location, service and access to facilities.

Very affordable, great location , exceptionally clean rooms and very warm and welcoming staff.

During my 30 day stay in Bali, Palm bamboo ended up on the up being one of my favorite places out of all the places I had been. The location is perfect if you want to explore the Southern parts of Bali and want to do some water sports. It’s more than value for money, for the amount you pay, you get a spacious room and the environment is so beautiful. Loved it.

Budget hotel good for 1 night

The WiFi in our room did not work! This is unacceptable for us and we work remotely and need to be connected. We complained and the WiFi was not repaired during our stay (5 pm until next morning at 11am). The room was small and clean. The bathroom could use updating. The pool was a welcome surprise. The location is down a narrow alleyway walking distance to restaurants and the beach. Breakfast was fine and included. Good price but skip it if you need reliable wifi.

Highly recommended

Cozy, small hotel on a top location with a good price/quality rate. Spacious & clean rooms. Beautiful garden with swimming pool almost as if you enter an oasis of peace. Beach, supermarket & restaurants all within walking distance. The staff is super friendly and helpful and there is a shuttle service to Mengiat beach. Stayed there 4 times already and recommend everyone !!!
