Terrible service & unhygienic rooms

At the time of booking it showed sea facing and deluxe rooms but as you can see the photos the rooms weren't any match to be deluxe nor faced to sea. Rooms were dirty and unhygienic, hotel isn't upto the price showing on booking site. service was horrible, you can say there was no service.. Cable/dth service in TV was dead, We complained about that but the front office executive said he doesn't have time to repair... tips hunting staffs without giving any service. food was ok type.. rooms were like Rs. 300/400 worth lodging rooms. bedsheets, bathrooms & floors were dirty.. recommend not to stay here!!
