A Good Stay for the Price

The hotel offers good value for the price you pay. It’s not fancy, but it’s clean, spacious, and suitable for families and friends. The breakfast was decent, and overall, the room met our expectations. The only downside was the noise from other guests late at night and early in the morning, which affected our sleep. Otherwise, it was a pleasant stay.

Staff is very poor in interaction and don’t know English and very poor Hindi and are least bothered about your comfort

I recently stayed at this hotel, and my experience was disappointing. The receptionist, Mr. Ashok Pawar, was discourteous and unprofessional. He initially assured us that our complimentary breakfast could be adjusted since we took it upon arrival due to an early visit to the gurudwara, but later denied this arrangement at check-out, which was frustrating. The food was below standard, and the staff seemed indifferent to our comfort. Additionally, the entrance to the hotel is in the basement, which is unappealing. Based on this experience, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

Must Stay, if you are in Nanded

In my organization where I work, our Chairman used to say “Smell of a Place” – which in short means that people perceive one place by what they see, what they feel and how they are treated.
Let me elaborate this from my experience in Hotel Florence:
I had made this booking 1 month on advance and Mr. Aman who assisted, was very kind and trusting to confirm the booking without asking for any advance! That’s Trust!
I had requested for a late check-in and I arrived almost at midnight. In the security there was Mr. Shaikh – he was quick to assist me with the parking and soon came running Mr. Salman to help with the luggage. Both were so much caring, even at such wee hours! This is a true reflection of hospitality
Check-in process was smooth and we were escorted by Salman to our room. Spacious room with delightful washroom, neat towels, linens and everything was clean and tidy.
Morning we had a sumptuous breakfast – it has a nice touch of Punjabi cuisine – chole bhatore, paneer paratha etc – again the staffs were very courteous and ready to help
Overall our stay at the hotel was fantastic and the cherry on the icing is that its very much pocket friendly!

Nice hotel at reasonable rate

We enjoyed our three nights stay at this hotel, built new, maintained clean by all the staff. A centrally located, near to Railway station, market place and places of interest. Breakfast spread is large and vegetarian food prepared on request is very tasty. Very responsive and well behaved staff.

Excellent value...

Excellent value...
This property deserves a 5 star. Clean, compact, good quality amenities.
The perfect choice for an overnight stay while we travelled from Gokarna to Tadoba.
The icing on the cake was their fabulous hot water system with high pressure.
Safe parking lot at their basement, was another star added to Florence.
Well groomed & courteous staff, made our stay very comfortable.
