Nice hotel

Though the rooms are small. But service is superb. They have provided food for my 3years old daughter at odd timings too. Its near market and gadisar lake. Hotel staffs are very helpful.
infct at our departure day they have provided breakfast for my daughter at 6.30am free of cost and also cup of tea for us.
Lakhan singh and his staffs are well behaved and good service provided by them.

Disgusting

Never been so disappointed and disguted in India.
Super dirty place...
Besides their restaurant, was terrible, tables with dirt, junk from previous days.
Ordered some GRILLED sandwiches in order not to eat spices and we had some tiny horrible sandwiches with powder cheese and some tasteless tomato.
Moreover they took like 20 mins to give us the menu and ask us for our command even tho we were the only ones there. What's more we waited like 1h20 overall to eat A GRILLED SANDWICH which was NOT GRILLED.
It was that offensive that I grabbed one of the sandwiches to show it to the owner so we would not make us pay this. Ah I also remember we ordered spiceless and it was SUPER spicy.

Corrupt and Clean

I will be writing another review of Bharat Villas, but I had to make a Trip Advisor account just to review this experience. I booked a Delux Room with Bharat Villas for January 5th, 2017-January 6th, 2017. My train arrived at the station just past midnight. After taking a rickshaw from the train station to the Bharat Villas in the dead of night, through sketchy allies as a young solo female traveller, I was told by the reception that they booked completely and that I had to stay at another hotel (the Payal). I did not have cell phone reception and therefore could not call the agency through which I had booked to try to solve the problem and the reception INSISTED that I could not stay there. I eventually gave in and got back into my rickshaw (whom the reception had told they would "pay them tomorrow" in Hindi assuming that because I am white I couldnt understand them) which took me to the Payal.
Room overall was clean, simple. and food was fine (although cooks seemed reluctant to take orders and cook), but I cannot give them any higher stars due to their shameless corruption and insisting that I pay the 1400 rupee fee I had paid for the Bharat Villas (a #11 hotel out of all of Jaislamer) for a #46 rated hotel. Bad first impression and experience in Jaisalmer overall due to this. Would not recommend to anyone.

Nice room

This place is near to most of the tourist attraction in Jaisalmer. Though the room was small, our stay was comfortable here. Staff here was very friendly. Remember that there is another hotel, Hotel Payal Inn is in front of this hotel, though the owner of both the hotels is same.
