## **Confirmed Booking Ignored – Paid for a View, Got a Cheaper Room**

Very disappointing experience. We had a confirmed booking for 2 nights and had already paid for a room with a view. Due to a late check-in, the hotel gave our reserved room to another guest without informing us in advance. Instead of honoring our booking, we were moved to a cheaper room that did not match what we had paid for. This caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience during our stay. A confirmed reservation should be respected regardless of arrival time unless otherwise communicated. Unfortunately, this experience fell far below our expectations.

Worst nightmare for early morning flight

Worst experience of all time. The hotel lacks basic needs of water and no emergency handing of situations such as water not available. The caretaker lives just above but won't be available for emergency not even opening the door to start machine. The receptionist won't give a alternative options and even a bucket full of water. Pathetic service. Think before booking it for family.
