Our side of the story.
Our stay was quite disappointing.
The experience started badly with a front office staff member named Uzair. He was rude, argumentative, and unwilling to listen to our concerns. His tone was inappropriate, and using phrases like "FYI" while speaking to us guests felt unprofessional. We have stayed in many hotels over the years, including some excellent ones, and this is not the kind of service we expect.
The room also had issues. We found chips near the bed and used paper napkins under the sofa, which showed a lack of proper cleaning. On both mornings, we woke up to several small dead cockroaches around the room. It was not a good sight.
There were maintenance problems too. One of the plug points came out of the wall when we plugged in a charger. The air conditioner was very noisy, and both the mattress and pillows were uncomfortable, making it difficult to sleep well.
Overall, the hotel seems to need some refurbishment and better attention to cleanliness and maintenance.
On the positive side, the restaurant staff were pleasant, and the breakfast was decent. We would especially like to mention Sushil in the restaurant and Rajneesh from housekeeping, who were both polite.
Sadly, the negatives definitely stand out more than the positives. Which is quite disheartening.
Also, we weren't given a second key and everytime we had someone who would come to open the door which was weird.
We went back home with not a very happy feeling but I guess it is what it is....with time things may get better is what we hope...

Think twice if you need home away from home
We booked through Agoda and as per picture it was smart room and large enough to accommodate three guest comfortably. The front office manager mr.Uzair or Uday was very rude, impolite, and full of attitude and does not fit to be in the hospitable business. We were senior citizens but he made us wait for hours after 12 midday and showed us the smaller and dirtier rooms which we were reluctant. However he showed us the room finally which fitted the image on MMT and Agoda known as smart room. The room itself was dirty, the electrical sockets were loose and coming out of the wall, the room had cockroaches and mosquitoes and the toilet was dirty. The front office manager in question called this as upgraded room and had the attitude to argue.
It was a very bad experience of the staff at the front office esp the manager.

Overpriced . Many major and minor irritants
1. Over priced hotel
2. A Rs 18 mineral water bottle costs Rs 45
3. Room size good but AC unit creates a racket
4. Room rate is Rs 6800 plus taxes for double occupancy. Not value for money .
5. Don’t take your elderly parents because breakfast room has a steep flight of steps
6. The only tiny lift is completely insufficient and average wait time for the lift is 10 minutes at checkout time
7. In room dining ..each dish costs Rs 300 to Rs 400 plus taxes

Good experience
First time stayed at hotel swarn towers , and it was one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. The Room was spacious and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again in the future.
service is good and rooms are clean and spacious Nikita ji is very good and cooperative she helped me make my reservation and SHe was very polite and courteous.special thanks to her and Namrita . Also thanks for avnish he will help me in luggage
