Good enough for his money

For his money is fine and very good indeed, the room was quite clean, the beds all clean, the bathroom clean, the location is inside the center so you go anywhere you want, there is also breakfast which and that for his money is perfect, the service from the staff was very good and polite. I don’t know what the other reviews say, but I felt careful.

The location was good, if you don’t travel with a car. Of you have a car, good luck finding a parking place. The staff were super nice and breakfast was ok. Pretty outdated decor and not like what in the pictures. The floors were stained and the bathroom really small. Its ok for a 1-2 nights stay.

Absolute scam! The biggest disappointment of Greece. Nothing in the hotel is matching pictures. Travelled in early April 2026 as a couple.
From check in to check out everything was horrible experience. As we arrived there was large group of teenage students checking in, around 40 people so it took a while in the queue outside under the rain as they did not fit in the reception area. I have specifically chosen and booked this hotel for double bedroom with terrace on the sea view, and got none of that. Complained to the reception after seeing room and they promptly tried to solve the issue, relocated to a “better room” with more space and double bed, but no sea view or terrace. I noticed way too late that it was a disabled room with walk in shower, extra high toilet and low sink. Not to forget the disgusting hospital/ medicine smell with big ugly carpet stain in the middle of the room to remind that something bad has happened. Staff cited this was better and quieter room but in reality bunch of kids were shouting through open windows to each other all evening so not quiet at all! Bed was super hard and squeaky, super cold room with loud a/c so got the worst night sleep ever. Breakfast was average, the basics. All hotel amenities needs a major refresh / clean / at least new carpet. Wouldn’t ever come back and don’t recommend - avoid at all costs!

UNACCEPTABLE

The worst I have seen from dealing with service!! Although they were collaborating with the organization of mountain running races and when by sudden cancellation due to weather conditions I refused with rudeness and arrogance to proceed to cancellation of the conquest or transfer to a later date citing the high letters of the reservation!!

One star is really too much for this hotel, check Google reviews review pictures for the truth. The only thing that is good is the location, and even that is not very important in patras, everything is close by, it’s a small city.
The hotel is very old, dirty, and not maintained at all. The corridors are dirty, full of stains on carpets and walls. Our room was smelling mould the moment we opened the door to enter, totally disgusting. Walls had stains everywhere. Bathroom tiles all had visible mould between them, at the “white”space. Our towels seemed like they where from the previous people, with hair, and arguably looked a bit stained. I had asked at the reception before choosing room to get a renovated one, and they told me “all our rooms our frequenctly renovated”. Couldn’t hear a bigger lie. As a result, we didn’t shower at all, at least our stay was just for one night.
The only good thing was that the bed sheets looked clean and the music in the elevator was nice not the boring one every elevator has.
Regarding comfort, as all the other comments state, extremely noisy. Paper thin walls, you could hear people passing by at 5 when returning (elevator doors opening and closing while making ton of noise, and you could hear people talking from the corridor, the room doors were like you could almost seem through them. Additionally, you will have a bell tolling extremely loudly until late night and from early morning. The pictures were so misleading hiding how bad it is.

Very good location
