This beautiful small boutique hotel is a gem of a place to stay in a beautiful little fishing village just outside Rethymno.
We were warmly welcomed at reception.
Our room was perfect with quality furniture, fittings and bathroom products.
Breakfast was a delight. All fresh home made products. Very tasty in a lovely relaxed environment either in the garden or balcony over looking the street.
Would def stay again if returning to Crete

Z Boutique is probably the most beautiful hotel I've ever stayed in. The moment we stepped through the door to greeted by Nike it felt special. The architecture of this old, family home is beautiful with such lovely attention to detail. The furniture, some of which belonged to the owner's grandparents, is perfect for the homely atmosphere.
Our room was extremely comfortable and quiet.
Breakfasts were varied and delicious.
Nike, the manager, could not have been more welcoming and helpful.
We hope to return soon.

Z-boutique is a lovely, very quiet owner operated 7 room hotel in downtown Panormo with ample common areas including a generous living room, semi-private patios and a little pool area. The rooms, breakfast and staff are wonderful. Everything is impeccable and pleasing.
Panormo itself turned out to be a great choice mostly free of large chain hotels, nice restaurants and two sand beaches with exciting additional options nearby.

Hidden gem in Panormos!!

The small Z Boutique hotel has only 7 rooms. You are very welcome here and the care is really perfect. So you can enjoy a fantastic buffet breakfast every morning with many Greek (Crete) delicacies. The staff is very friendly and helpful. And everything is cleaned daily. The decoration of the rooms and the various nice corners to stay are also atmospheric. The location of the hotel is right in the center of Panormos, but is very quiet. The big advantage is that everything is within walking distance within a few minutes. Cozy restaurants, beach and nice shops. In short for this hotel is a five star location!!

Cozy, nice boutique hotel

We had a very nice and spacious room and the Z Boutique Hotel.
Breakfast was definitely fine! Nicely cared for, very tasty and varied with lots of fresh and homemade preparations.
The staff was also very friendly and helpful.
Only downside of the room: the room was located next to the kitchen of the hotel so we heard the preparations of breakfast well in the morning.
We definitely recommend this small scale hotel.
