Very good location

The studio was very well equipped.
The owner was very friendly.
The location (Mochlos) is wonderful. The village, the seaside, restaurants etc. are within walking distance.
The main negative point was that the neighbors were quite close by. We had a direct view on the swimming pool of the neighboring house and when we had breakfast on the terrace, we were really close to the people staying next door.

Brilliant.

We only stayed here for one night as a stop over while touring. What a lovely room. Everything was clean and fresh with tasteful and useful little extras. Lovely view of the small island from our balcony. The host was extremely pleasant. Would have no hesitation in recommending this place. It is close to the waterfront and tavernas with a slight incline to get to it so maybe not suitable for persons who are very frail or disabled.

just a fantastic and charming experience

I have just spent 4 beautiful days in Mochlos, Crete, a place where I have been a number of times, always with great pleasure. For the first time I stayed at BELLAVISTA hotel/rent rooms and ... it was a wonderful experience all together! For certain I will return there any time I go to Mochlos.
My studio was charming, extremely clean, with a large balcony and stunning view over the sea and the small island in front ... a perfect place to have breakfast or an aperitif at sunset. all essential facilities are there and work very well. The mosquito net at the windows proved to be useful, as well as the excellent AC system.
Last but not least, Katia, the owner is a delightful person, that spares no efforts to make sure that her guests are fully satisfied and ... happy. She gave us plenty of useful tips and ideas and went beyond her duties to support us in all respect. Efkaristo Katia: we will be back!!

Fantastic friendly hotel.

Me and my partner stayed here early September. We had such a warm welcome. The hotel is located at the top of a hill and our room was at the Very top with veiws to die for. The pool and bar Where clean and and Very Well kept. The apartments Where amazing. We had two balcony's. We named them breakfast balcony and beer balcony. Maria and all the staff Where Lovely and could not do enough for us. All in all one of the best hotels i have ever stayed.

Mochlos: a tiny place not to miss in Crete

Strategically located in between the wonderful Gulf of Mirabello and the most eastern, wild coast of Crete, Mochlos is the place not to miss for those who love the authentic, peaceful atmosphere of a Cretan fishermen village. The little bay is secluded among olive trees and it is so unique, thanks to the small island in front, at just a swim distance, with the ruins of the ancient town and a cosy white monastry. From Bellavista apartments you can enjoy all this from your own balcony and it's so close that it'll remain in your eyes ever after. Rooms at Bellavista apartments are simple, well equipped (+kitchen) and very, very clean. Katia, the friendly Italian owner, is taking care of any detail and she's always there to support guests and provide suggestions on where to go in the nice surroundings. Try all the taverns in the village: they are so good and convenient that you will hardly decide which is the best. Mochlos is definetly worth a stay!
