Wonderful week!

We stayed 7 nights at this property and everything was more than up to expectations. Frixos , the owner is extremely courteous and helpful, the room with sea view was very clean. The studios are well located: 10' walk from Livadi and 10' walk from the beach of Livadakia, where there is the structure of Vassilia , friendly mother of Frixos, which has an equipped beach and restaurant-café where you can have breakfast or lunch.
Perfect relaxing week.

Couldn't be better

It is a highly recommended accommodation, we stayed for a week and everything was wonderful.
Especially the treatment with Frixos, attentive in everything and a family atmosphere with his mother and sister who have the Vassilisia tavern next to the accommodation.
We will definitely repeat the next time we go to Sérifos.

Sea, sand and Serifos

Stayed here for 3 nights as part of an Island hopping experience. We were picked up from the port by Frixos who was friendly, helpful and informative! We stayed in Apartment 7 which had a lovely balcony and views of the sea. A small kitchen area with a fridge, kettle & coffee making facilities. There was a wardrobe with hangers & a hairdryer plus a clothes airer for drying clothes. We walked to Vassilia taverna for breakfast evey morning as it was included in the package. Was a very generous breakfast with freshly squeezed juice and a choice of coffees. Any meals consumed in the taverna had 10% discount if you stayed in the hotel/rooms. Rooms were clean and beds comfortable.
Ideally located, right by the beach and 19 minutes walk to the port. Close to the bus stop should you want to take the bus to the chora - well worth a visit. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Island hopping stay fantastic

Amazing place . Would return. Apartment Newly decorated all white and clean. Lovely walk for breakfast 4 mins. Taverna straight off beach. 10% meals and drinks. Free sun beds. The pot is a 12 min walk with 20-12 tavernas a supermarket and shops. All low key. Frixtos a lovely guy couldn’t do enough for us. Even refused s tip.
