recently renovated hotel, great experience

discouraged by last year's reviews, we decide to give confidence to a couple of friends who have been there recently and say that the hotel has been renovated. we arrive and fortunately it's all true, totally new hotel, clean rooms, new furniture in short, everything perfect. good breakfast, taking into account being in a 3 star tourist. fabulous location, a stone's throw from the sea and restaurants. very close there is the promenade with all the nightclubs where you can spend pleasant evenings. daily linen change, great experience.

Experience to forget

In a simple word TERRIBLE!!! On paper a three star, actually less than zero. Dirty room, bathroom that floods all the time because of the shower with clogged drain, dead bugs in the walls. Bath towels only change every three days, so if you get them dirty first, you're still forced to reuse them. Rude staff. Shabby breakfast to say the least.

It takes adaptation

This hotel is best chosen for its location close to everything; the staff is friendly and kind. The reception is nice. The rooms are completely to be redone , the beds are very low , the shower tray at the bottom is completely incrusted and has a stained curtain (a shower cubicle absolutely must be made), the drain is yellowed, the newest thing is the closet (the thing you could do without). Cleanliness is superficial, sheets even if they are changed have stains (should be thrown away) , towels are changed every 3 days (if you want more changes the cost is € 5). Breakfast is made in a small room, there are always the same things (few) and unattractive, there is a coffee maker, milk and other hot things. Air conditioning is charged and costs € 9 per day (this in August then I do not know).

Dirty room

My experience was really bad. The staff was rude, the room was dirty and was not cleaned even daily. Also, we had to pay for the air conditioning! The availability of only two hair dryers for the whole structure was really shameful. I highly recommend this property.

Az idei year örömmel tértünk vissà a hoteleba. 1988 óta járunk Görögországba az last years Krétára, Herszonisszoszba. Az idei nyaralás teljes kudarc volt! No more Nancy! Olyan tetre leromlott a szállodás és servijasai qualitye, hogy omzatani sem tudom! The breakfast quality is not worth it! Regebben têr fajta felvätts, têr fajta sajt volt, daily friss özülösek, füyüköy, most semmi! In the first morning there was only one person, a kenyeret magamnak tölltetem, mert csak száraz volt kirakva evenem még kávés bögrét is mosnom kellett magamnak! A légkondicionálóért napi 10 eurot fizetztünk – utószezonban míg hószezonban ez csak 8 Euró volt. A zuhanyfüggöny nem ért le a földig és az chöss víz gössre folyt. What happened to you Nancy? We were happy to return to the hotel this year. We have been going to Greece since 1988, in recent years to Crete and Hersonissos. This year's holidays were a complete failure! Never again Nancy! The quality of the hotel and its services has degraded to such an extent that I can't even tell you! The quality of the breakfast is priceless! There used to be different types of meats, different types of cheese, fresh vegetables and fruits every day, now there is nothing! In the first breakfast, they could only give sour milk, I filled the bread for myself because it was only dry and I even had to wash my coffee mug! We paid 10 euros a day for the air conditioner – in low season, while in high season it was only 8 euros. The shower curtain did not reach the floor and all the water was flowing out. I won't go on, but I know...
