All perfect

Cleanliness, politeness, perfect service, there is a swimming pool for young and old... nice location near beaches such as (Seating, Ag. Nikita, Pefkulia, Millos etc.) and 20 minutes from Lefkada....We had a great time... when we visit the island again, we will definitely prefer the Politeia hotel...

Experience

The hotel, as you can see from the photos, sells berries. YES nice view, very close to beaches... but inside old beds, the mattress hard, the pillows very thin and the toilet very small. Welcome zero. Acceptance very cold. Service non-existent. For 6 nights in a hotel studio where I stayed, the sheets and towels were not changed even once, only 2 rolls of toilet paper and 2 bottles of shower gel samples from the day of check in, not even a jug with 2 glasses were on the table. We also ate with covid. Thanks, we didn't hear

Below average stay at said hotel

We went on a family vacation, a family of 5, we were told 3 beds, a double, a single and a single, in the end it was a double and 2 singles....
The facilities are old, 14 inch TV in the room which didn't play properly, the room had undergone a rough renovation, the only thing that had been changed was the frames, the mosquito nets were torn. Breakfast very average, the pool relatively clean.
One positive was that it was very close to the Seat.
I would not go to this hotel again and do not recommend it.

DIRTY ROOM - NEEDS CLEANING

Excellent location!!
4 minutes from the beach seat & 4 minutes from the center of Agios Nikitas.
Comfortable parking
The wi-fi worked very well in the room on the ground floor.
The A/C was on a certain setting but it was very cool at midday. At night we didn't even put it on, it was too cool.
The pool was open 11:00-14:30 & 17:00-20:30. (ok it was fine)
AGAINST
The old furniture needs renovation.
The cleanliness is for crying out loud. They only empty the 1 and only basket in the bathroom every day by knocking on your door around 09:30-10:00 (they don't care if you're sleeping), straighten the sheets on the bed and a rudimentary mopping-mopping (what the mother-in-law sees) The basin the toilet was not even touched for 6 days. Lint and trash under the beds, cobwebs on the wooden ceiling, wooden curtain.
GENERALLY
We didn't get breakfast and food at the hotel, so I don't have an opinion.
Lefkada in general is a beautiful island with blue beaches. Unfortunately, you pay everywhere for parking and sunbeds for your daily bath.

VERY BASIC HOTEL

This is a family owned and operated hotel and it is only open for the summer season. The rooms are very basic in what they offer. Our rooms were clean. The TV does not work, nor does the wifi. Breakfast was average. Luckily, the fridge, the air conditioning and the shower were working properly. It is just a place to stay if you have no other alternative. The family and staff do their best to accommodate.
