Most filthy room we've ever experienced

Note: one or two studios have been renovated, if you come in there you may have little to complain about, but most studios are rooms that are far below par. The property itself is poorly maintained, the rooms are old and filthy. Lots of dust, broken lamps, dirty cupboards, no duvet cover, we had a faulty fridge with a second working mini fridge on it. A dirty faulty pedal bin with a makeshift cutlery drawer in that cabinet. Yeah. A rusted clothes rack outside on the jug. But the bathroom is really filthy. Dirty waste bin, cupboards expanded by moisture, broken lamp, loose sink with mouldy sealant, the whole shower is black mouldy, a broken door, a missing door. When you shower, you should stand next to the shower tray because the water only sprays next to the shower. The toilet seat doesn’t stay put, so you sit with a dirty toilet seat against your back on the toilet and you can immediately brush your teeth because you are sitting with your head in the sink. We have complained and got another room which was even worse and smelled and have gone back to our room. Breakfast you get in the room, cold coffee, uncovered glasses, it seems as unhygienic as the room. We have after a terrible night and skipped breakfast for the remaining days looked for another hotel. We can whistle at our money.

Unfortunately, this hotel is totally overrated. It desperately needs renovation. The bathroom is very old and some parts are broken. The breakfast is poor quality, and the service team definitely needs better training. In short: don't trust the reviews. Lefkada, however, is definitely worth a visit.

The worst accommodation experience

This was probably the worst experience we have ever enountered.
The accommodation is dated and neglected and the bathroom was not usable. Dirty and rusty sharp objects inside the shower screen. The bedding provided was absolutely inadequate.
I could write an essay on this but we are just over it. We have left after 1 day even though we paid for 5.
Both us and the travel agents made contact with accommodation to get at least partial refund and Lefkadio Suites did not even respond after 3 follow ups.
Please do not stay here. Plenty of better and cheaper options in Lefkada.
We have lost almost 1000 euros with this experience and feel absolutely disappointed.
