Wonderful holidays impeccable hospitality!!!

Excellent stay experience! The accommodation was clean, comfortable, stylish and fully equipped, with special care in every detail.
The owner was one of the most hospitable people we have met. Always polite, smiling and willing to help. From the first moment he gave us useful information about the island, the travel, the beaches and the places worth visiting, without even having to ask him. You felt that he was really interested in having a nice holiday.
We would definitely choose it again and highly recommend it to anyone who visits Syros. Thank you very much for the wonderful hospitality!!!!

Great atmosphere and extremely friendly staff fully willing to help and recommend Things to do and good food in Syros Island.I found exactly what I needed in the center of Ermoupolis, a place welcoming and warm I will definitely visit again!!

Great rooms and great hospitality

Our holidays on the island of Syros were unforgettable and a large part of this success is due to our stay at this particular accommodation. Kyriakos, the host, welcomed us with a smile and from the first moment made us feel great. He gave us extremely many details from our arrival about the island and the places we could visit for food and drink. He also gave us information about all the beaches and how we could reach them by means as we did not have a transportation of ours. The accommodation is quite close to the bus stop which seemed extremely helpful. Our room was very comfortable, clean, careful and with very nice aesthetics. Thro ⁇ our stay, Kyriakos took care of us and made our stay even more pleasant.

Home from home hospitality!

The Avlitis was perfect for a week long stay in the charming town of Ermoupoli. The hosts Antonios and his mum Maria, made us feel at home straight away. They helped with our heavy bags, gave us a coffee on arrival - such a warm welcome!. They provided advice on the traditional customs over Easter weekend, which Syros is famous for- nothing was to much trouble for them. Our studio was impeccably clean and well appointed, enough kitchen equipment to make meals, the sheets and towels were changed daily. The wifi was great and we used the washing facilities. We really enjoyed spending time looking out over the city on the beautiful terrace adorned with plants and comfy seating.
Avlitis is a short walk to all the highlights of the area, but also in a peaceful part of town. Antonios made sure the bikes were ready for us to borrow and we spent time exploring the island by bike. Maria even gave us a gift on our last day! So lovely.

great room in a greek warm atmosphere

great room in Maria's house. we stayed for two nights. familiar and cozy atmosphe, excellent common spaces and roof garden with top view. room tidy and clean with air condition and tv. Games avalables to guests.Best price we could find in town. we rented a bike, the rooms are 10 minutes ride from hermoupoli old town. Maria and Antonis hospitality is very warm. Highly suggested
