Once again, it was a complete success.

The hotel was, as always, clean, bright, and inviting. The reception was friendly, straightforward, and very prompt. The room and the room amenities were also very good.

Third class breakfast. Not at good breakfast staff. Rather rude. Room Aircon not working. After complaining they change the room.

Everything was very tidy, yet mediocre.

In my youth, the Graf Zeppelin was the premier establishment in Stuttgart. Accordingly, our expectations were high. To start with: The staff is absolutely charming and accommodating. There is nothing to complain about here. The interior has seen better days. Everything works, but it feels very outdated and somewhat worn out. The breakfast is quite okay, but the selection for this category is rather average. The accessible restroom at the restaurant is always locked, and you first have to wait at the reception to get the key. When you're in a hurry, that's pretty inconvenient. The reason given was that it is located at the train station and they do not want unauthorized people to occupy it. This could easily be solved with a room key card. All in all, it was okay, but not a reason to book here again. This is all complaining at a high level, but still not 5 stars.....

Good choice

the location is very central and thats why i chose the hotel. the junior suite is very roomy but the TV does not work. The housekeeping needs a pull up.The shower was leaking but someone came to check.breakfast has a huge variety but you have to be lucky with the hot breakfast. Most staff do not understand the instructions.
