I feel tempted to not share any good stuff about this hotel, because I want to keep it for myself :-) It is for now my preferred stay in Hamburg! And, since I own a maritime recruitment company, the interior of this hotel is absolutely perfect. See you soon guys.

Good and friendly.

Beautifully located quiet hotel. As a non-driver: Public transport network easily accessible. Very good and helpful service from the reception. Room is fine.

Nice hotel

Neat, neat! Hotel has private parking for a small fee. Friendly welcome and friendly staff. I had a few questions about the history of the hotel, all the time was taken for that (part of interior of a former passenger ship can be found here as well as a few beautiful prints/photos/memorabilia). Room was not ready (I was too early), but was called when it was ready. This hotel looks very neat, well maintained. The single room is spacious and also the bed: 1.20 meters wide, so not such a narrow bed. Great shower, plenty of pressure. Nothing to complain about in the room? Well, the only thing is there was only one pillow. And perhaps the lack of an easy chair. But otherwise everything tiptop. Breakfast (included) sufficient choice. Overall a very pleasant stay.

We totally enjoyed our stay at the hotel. We arrived early and instead of having to wait, were given an upgrade for immediate occupancy. The staff in hotel and restaurant were very sweet and professional. We look forward to our next stay there.
