There are pros and cons to this hotel.
Pros - staff super helpful and friendly. Tipping goes a long way. Reception was helpful. Around 25 min walk to the train station. Breakfast had good options available.
Cons, dinner options are limited. Had to order in food from uber eats. TV channels didn't have any English options

Parking was good. Staff at the counter was okay. Staff at the breakfast was good.
The spa and fitness part was terrible.
Steamshower didn’t work and it was dirty.
The fitness had a bike and a treadmill.
The additional bed in the room was too small and not good to sleep in.

H+ Hotel Köln Brühl – Great Base for a Phantasialand Trip
We recently stayed at the H+ Hotel Köln Brühl and were really impressed with both the hotel and the staff.
The team were genuinely friendly, welcoming and extremely helpful throughout our stay. A special mention for their excellent local knowledge – they were always happy to offer advice on places to visit, restaurants, transport options and things to do in the area, which made exploring Brühl much easier.
The hotel is ideally located for anyone visiting Phantasialand, being only a short drive from the park, while also offering easy access to Brühl town centre and local attractions such as Schloss Augustusburg. For us, it was the perfect base.
A particularly nice touch was the hotel's flexibility and attention to detail. We had requested twin beds for our stay and this was arranged without any fuss, making arrival smooth and stress-free.
The rooms were comfortable, clean and quiet, providing a good night's sleep after long days out. Breakfast was also very good, with plenty of choice and a great way to start the day before heading off to the theme park.
Overall, a very enjoyable stay with excellent service, helpful staff and a convenient location. We would happily stay here again and would recommend it to anyone visiting Brühl or Phantasialand.

Very comfortable room
Stayed here after phantasia land. The bedroom was so comfortable and cool which was welcome in the heat. Room was clean and we had a great night sleep. Check in staff were friendly and helpful.
Breakfast and dinner was very good. Only thing i would say is the serving staff could benefit from a bit more training. Twice the waitress at dinner left quickly while i was trying to ask something. Also brought wrong ice cream out. The waitress at breakfast was overly enthusiastic at breakfast when it came to clearing tables. She tried to grab my full plate of pancakes away when it was clear i hadnt finished eating and knocked cuttlery off the table in the process. She appologised but then later grabbed a plate of food off the table without asking if we had finished.

Visited during a heatwave and the aircon was non existent on arrival, requested to borrow a desk fan which the staff kindly obliged to. They attempted to then repair the unit after a second request which improved conditions slightly in our room but the corridor still remained much cooler than the room in comparison.
The room we were in felt like it was in the middle of a repair or had some issues recently as we also had no safe available to use as well as roof tile water damage from the very same aircon unit.
Its an ideal location for Phantasialand but if I were to visit again I would unfortunately choose elsewhere, especially in a heatwave.
