Service great, room rather disappointing
The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful at all times – there is really nothing to complain about here.
Our room was clean and functionally furnished. Unfortunately, however, it smelled very strongly of stale cigarette smoke, which significantly affected our stay. Furthermore, we were a bit disappointed, as the rooms in the photos on the website had given a more modern and appealing impression than in reality.
