Modern, clean, contemporary hotel.

Very nicely located hotel. Potsdamer Platz and Nikolai Quarter are all within walking distance. Very rich and delicious breakfast buffet with organic products. Very nice, modern, and clean rooms.
Very nice, inviting bar area in the foyer that is still suitable for a stop in the evening.

A really lovely place and great team

Check in was quick with a really lovely guy called Vincent who was super helpful. Room was spotlessly clean and the beds really comfortable and I mean really comfortable.
Really close to everything which made it a great location.
Breakfast was stunning, really fresh and extremely tasty. Even at its busy times the team work hard to ensure it looks good and its presented well.
If we ever visited again we would absolutely stay here!

Wonderful hotel and staff! Great location if you’re planning to run Berlin Marathon!!! I never did try the breakfast there so I cannot rate on that. Thank you for a lovely stay!

This is a really great hotel and I thought excellent value particularly considering it was the weekend of the marathon. The position is great and it is beautifully styled in the reception and bar areas. On top of that, all the staff were delightful to deal with. They even were able to organise early checkin despite it being such a busy time as my daughter had some important work meetings. I am a convert to the Hotel One brand from this experience.

Bed bugs

We found a sever infestation of bed bugs on our Arrival on August 12th. 10 days later the hotel claims there were no bed bugs (with proof a screenshot of a "professional" that says no infestation found). However we have plenty of evidence of the infestation and even the staff at the reception saw a living bed bug that got on us while we were on the bed.
Bed bugs can happen but such a terrible management should not happen, avoid this hotel because they don't care about hygiene and customer care.
