Very special

Clearly tailored for a specific audience; those who enjoy classical dance and like pop music will feel right at home. All others, well. The breakfast is good, the dinner is just okay. The rooms are large and clean, the beds are good. I would like to highlight the three service staff from Vietnam, who are very friendly, but there is nothing to criticize about the other staff either.

Dinner (Franconian cuisine?)
Two meals were offered, presented only at dinner.
The dishes served are not for enjoyment, only for filling up.
Whether it's an appetizer or a main course, they completely overlooked the spices. The soup tasted like fitness water.
The salad was drenched in store-bought dressing.
The quality of the food left much to be desired.
The manager was very pushy.
The music from the barn was very loud, until half-past one in the morning.
The Obermain Therme is great, but please book with different accommodations.
Not recommended, do not book.

Rustic house

As they say, it's a rustic house, already getting old. The food was fine, the service was very good. We were there with a tour group and they had 50 people to serve at once (drinking and eating).

Too bad so much potential for more

Sorry, our review on Google has been deleted. We stayed here for a week in July 2022. The hotel is beautifully located. Unfortunately it has a huge investment backlog (carpets worn, curtains with holes, mattress n sagged) and the cleanliness left something to be desired. Everywhere in the house even above the buffet cobwebs. Our highlight was the breakfast and friendly service staff

Unbelievable!

School graduation celebration celebrated on 17.07.2024. What can I say, a single disaster! In the hall everywhere ️ Cobwebs on the ceiling. The food catastrophic and also price pure rip off! Had cheese spaetzle with salad. Portion size a joke! Two handfuls of lukewarm pasta with cheese-cream sauce. Labrig slippery onion rings on it. Salad with bottled sauce. Proud 14,50€!! No 5€ worth! The crowning achievement was the discovery of a dead animal, either mouse or bird, in a ventilation outlet directly above a table (see photo)! My partner had Mediterranean all sorts on her plate! Tomato sauce mixed with water and Barilla noodles from the Edeka on top! Inedible returned. 17,90€ !! Only the cordon bleu must have been reasonably edible. Also but lovelessly thrown with fries on the plate!
I really understand the difficult situation of the gastronomy, but this is definitely not possible! In response to our complaint, the boss said, “OK, sorry. You don’t pay anything, and that’s why we’re not opening a barrel!”
Just incredible! Never go there again! Actually, it's -1 stars!!
