Very nice staff. We had a spacious room and great advice for local restaurants. Great for families too. Unusual decor. Liked it.

We arrived on a very hot night in early August, and the room was unbearably warm. We tried using the air conditioning, but it did not cool the room. When we mentioned this at the front desk during checkout, we were told that we should have put ice cubes in the unit to make it work. Unfortunately, no one had explained this to us when we checked in, so we spent an uncomfortable night in a very hot room.

Nice art, lacking rooms

Staff is great, with great location. However the room had no kettle, wifi signal was awful, and the room at the 4th floor had a low ceiling that was very uncomfortable to move on. On our room for four both individual beds had no night stand.

I chose the room that was least ‘frightening’ of decor. The stairwell was a little frightening. The room and amenities were great and all the staff we met were very helpful. It was fantastic that we could leave part of our luggage till our return.

Does exact what it says on the tin. You pay for what you get and all I wanted was a bed for a very short night. Shower was lovely
