What an awesome hotel! The location was great next to cafes, the metro, and Arc de Triumph. The staff was helpful and efficient (all were proficient in English). Pauline was especially kind making sure we had everything we needed for our stay. There was a constant supply of espresso and baked goods. Germaine made me an espresso every time he saw me. Everyone who worked there gets a A+ for thoughtful, professional, and timely service. I loved this property and would stay there again next time I go to Paris.

Small room.
Hygienic bathroom just right, many joints moldy or badly made.
Too much water pressure has been unpleasant and cannot be regulated. And the operation by buttons is not evident and especially capricious (buttons sometimes refuse to stop/start)
Very bad interior soundproofing: you can hear everything going on in the hallway, having a room in front of the elevator and stairs I was spoiled. Besides, the doors slam heavily!
Fortunately the soundproofing on the street side is very good we absolutely do not hear vehicles.
The welcome is very professional and efficient, the staff is smiling and attentive.
The TV is of poor quality (the mute didn't even work), and you'll only get the tnt and still often with "weak signal" errors.
I couldn't find the slippers that were supposed to be supplied.
The temperature was very hot in the room, and the air conditioning was locked so it took time before the temperature dropped.
Minibar: empty cf photo!
Breakfast 20 euros: not worth them!
Very very few choices, frozen pastries (we are in a 4* I remind)
Not even hot chocolate, three jams and a spread.
Scrambled eggs salted bacon and that's it!
And the second day was worse: everything was missing, right down to the cutlery. Forced to beg cup, plates covered milk bread pastries... of war tired I dropped in front of empty jars. The bofbof homemade cake, the scrambled eggs failed (it was an omelet!) and dried.
Fortunately the reception apologized spontaneously but it remains no less acceptable at 20 euros particularly in a 4*.
The big positive remains the location.
At the end of the stay the reception sincerely apologized for the services and promised a commercial gesture.
This proposal has never been implemented despite my relaunch.
In short, a 3* hotel, no more.
Very disappointed I will not come back.

We recently stayed at Le 10 Bis Hotel during our trip to Paris, and overall we had a great experience.
The room was excellent, spotlessly clean, comfortable, and finished to a high standard. Housekeeping did a fantastic job throughout our stay, and we couldn't fault the cleanliness of the hotel.
The location is also ideal, with easy access to many of Paris's attractions, making it a great base for exploring the city.
What really stood out, however, was the staff. Every member of the team we dealt with was friendly, welcoming, and professional. Although we experienced an issue during our stay relating to renovation works that had not been communicated before our arrival, the hotel took our concerns seriously. Pauline, in particular, handled our complaint exceptionally well. She kept us informed throughout, responded promptly to our emails, and worked hard to reach a fair resolution. Her customer service was outstanding and turned what could have been a negative experience into a very positive one.
No hotel is perfect, and sometimes things don't go to plan. What matters is how those situations are handled, and Le 10 Bis Hotel demonstrated that they genuinely care about their guests and are committed to providing excellent customer service.
Thank you to Pauline and the entire team for looking after us. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Le 10 Bis Hotel to anyone visiting Paris, and we would happily stay here again.

Incredibly happy with this option. We stayed for two nights in August. The air conditioning in the room was great, very clean. We liked the location although it's a little quieter neighbourhood. Just great stay.

This might be my favorite hotel in Paris. The staff is friendly, the rooms were spacious and the location was good. I have never stayed in the 17th before but I liked it a lot. It wasn’t as busy as other neighborhoods (in a good way) but still had plenty of options.
