Very nice hotel in a good location overlooking the beach. Great breakfast. Top roof bar and especially the beach bar is way overpriced, and is definitely not covered by improved service.

Musty-smelling air conditioning in a poorly maintained hotel

The visit was disappointing. I will avoid this hotel chain from now on. I have already had to have very bad experiences with Radisson Blu in Mauritius.
Regarding my main points of criticism:
The air conditioning blows out musty-smelling air and is also only moderately cool. So it is pleasant during the day, but for sleeping it could cool down even more; the 18/19 degrees it promises felt warmer to me. But I may also be wrong. However, the fact that the air smelled really musty and moldy is absolutely abysmal. The hotel was completely booked according to the reception, and because it also smelled just as musty from the air conditioning in the hallways, I didn't even try to change rooms. Also because I got the impression that the whole hotel is a bit worse for wear. The ladder into the hotel pool wobbled very strongly because the anchoring was coming loose. But it doesn't seem to result in any repairs. Almost everywhere you look, cosmetic flaws should be addressed. Whether at the pool or in the room. The floor in the room is a bit sticky, and when you walk over it barefoot, your feet get black. The floor in the room is not level, but has slight waves in it. Even more so in the bathroom. I have attached a few more photos regarding the condition of the bathroom. The look is supposed to represent tiles, but there is only a "plastic" imitation of them. The soaps, body lotions, etc. leave behind the feeling of very cheap products. And the mattress also seemed to me to have been worn out.
When you ordered coffee up at the pool, they had a large machine that looks a bit like a portafilter machine. You pay six euros for an Americano. But you didn't get a long espresso from the portafilter machine, but rather a coffee pod coffee. And that's how it tastes, too. In the room, there was also only instant coffee... Well, yeah.
The beach loungers cost extra, and not a small amount at that...
I want to mention the good things:
We booked the standard room and got a really large room with an ocean view. The hotel is located right at the bus stop and tram stop and by the sea. It has a pool and broadcast the World Cup matches in the lobby. There is half a liter of still drinking water per person from room service.
In Nice, we booked the standard room for two people for 7 days at an average of around €380 per day. Plus city tax.

A lovely staff

We had a very nice time. Stayed eight nights at the hotel. The staff was very nice especially Saber with room service. Mr. Saber went out of his way to be helpful. It was much appreciated.

Not worth the price

My stay at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Nice was extremely disappointing and, unfortunately, the worst hotel experience I’ve had. Considering the price, I expected a much higher standard of the quality and maintenance. The bathroom had visible mold, and several floor tiles were loose, lifting and unstable. It was clear that the room is in need of significant renovation. To make matters worse, the television did not work for my entire stay, despite the issue being reported. The only positive aspect of the room was the beautiful sea view, and the hotel’s location is excellent. However, those positives were not enough to make up for the poor condition of the room and the lack of basic amenities. I tried calling the front desk on many occasions and no one picked up. I would not recommend this hotel at its current price until major renovations and improvements are made,

Great location for this hotel. Friendly staff who do their best to accommodate guests. The maintenance could be a little better bathroom door doesn’t close properly and the shower head kept falling. The car park is convenient but expensive and very tight getting in and out.
