Very good stay.

1 star hotel, right in the center, single room located on the 5th floor without elevator on courtyard (n° 503). Less than 40.00 € per night, including tourist tax...
Very simple, very clean very quiet and very cheap.
I will return to this property during a future stay in Nice with my eyes closed.

Belongings thrown in the trash

The staff threw away my belongings thinking they were trash and completely ruined my vacation. They don't even have a way to indicate that you don't want your room cleaned; there's nothing.When I went to complain they refused to give me a complaint form, they keep giving you the runaround so that you do everything online and leave them alone. I spent my last day arguing with the receptionists, the manager, and the police to try and get them to compensate me with 20 euros. I really hope people read this review and don't risk sleeping here just because it's cheaper. It's not worth it.

Perfect for a small budget

Simple and beautiful 1 star hotel with an asset near the whole station, restaurants, shop.
clean, helpful front desk staff the only downside lacks elevator but value for money it works.

To do again to work

Great location, view on road but very well isolated. During the nice oceans congress. Perfect hotel for 4 nights to work. Bathroom not usual but it's okay. I was on the second floor. The staff of the hotel really nice.

SHAMEFUL - UNACCEPTABLE

Hello, having booked for the next WE, I called this morning Monday to request preferably a room on courtyard rather than on street: well took me - I thus learned that the hotel is closed this week without having been notified =
I'm outraged by this LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM AND COMMITMENT TO CUSTOMERS - I would have arrived at the hotel door next Saturday to find a closed door - REALLY SHAMEFUL
