The bedding deserves to be changed. Uncomfortable mattress.
Pool in direct sunlight, my son has an anti-UV swim cap, the person running the pool snack bar wanted him to take it off in the name of the rules (for hygiene?). I declined, pointing out that the pool has no shaded area and that it is swimming gear (I specify made of the same material as a swimsuit); on the other hand, the fact that some people swim in cotton t-shirts does not seem to bother them.
We had a voucher specifying a check-in time of 4:00 PM. We didn't get the keys until 7:00 PM because the policy for releasing accommodations is a key handover between 5:00 PM and 7:00 PM. But be careful, this is not a time slot where the reception is available to vacationers to hand over the keys. It is the window when your accommodation will be available, so depending on your luck, you may find yourself waiting for quite some time. No move-in inspection, but an appointment must be made for a move-out inspection. This system seems unfair to me since no move-in inspection report is provided with a list of the items you should have in your accommodation; how can you know if items are missing upon departure?
Vehicle essential for getting around, residence far from shops and sites to visit.
Beach easily accessible from the residence.
We noticed that some accommodations belonging to independent owners were better equipped; that could be a good alternative for more comfort.

Disappointing
We stayed for 15 days in this family residence. Despite a few positive points, our experience was overall disappointing considering the price paid.
The assets are the proximity to the beach, the beautiful view, the air conditioning, a clean and well-secured pool, the numerous green spaces for children, the secure residence, sufficient parking, bread available in the morning, the Thursday market, the sale of ice cream and drinks near the pool, as well as the kindness of the staff. We also appreciated the loan of games and the area for picking up products left behind by previous vacationers.
On the other hand, there are many negative points. The pool is open from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. but has no umbrellas. It is therefore impossible to enjoy a bit of shade to read or relax. The lounge chairs are uncomfortable and very damaged.
The accommodation is clearly worn out and lacks maintenance: dirty walls, bathroom without ventilation, shower clogged upon our arrival, cabinet under the sink deteriorated, unstable water flow, dirty floors, dilapidated kitchen, dirty garden furniture, and extremely uncomfortable bedding. The living room-kitchen area is also much too small. For a 15-day stay, the sheets and towels were never changed.
The laundry room is a real weak point: only two machines for a residence of this size, a rate of $7 per wash, a room in direct sunlight and poorly ventilated, cycles that stop at 10 p.m., and laundry that comes out with an unpleasant odor. Furthermore, the Wash Me service does not respond to requests.
We also regret the total lack of Wi-Fi, the lack of staff on duty in case of problems, the poor soundproofing of the residence, and its distance from shops (supermarket about 8 km away). There is neither entertainment nor a real bar, only a small snack bar near the beach. Finally, the common areas, especially the stairs, deserve a renovation.
Ultimately, this residence will suit families who are looking above all for peace and quiet and proximity to the beach. On the other hand, a significant effort in maintenance, modernization, and improvement of services is necessary to live up to the advertised amenities.

To flee!!!!
The only positive point is the beach. Cold pool water, even the sea water is warmer. Residence invaded with very thin cats and kittens that we had to feed. A mouse that was our roommate. Let's talk about the cleanliness of the accommodation, duvet full of body fluid, we preferred to buy a duvet on site. we made it cleaner than when we had it!!! Run away! I would never go back to a goellia again
