Wonderful days at Le Prince Gourmand

Dear Christine, dear Bernhard...finally we are now getting to our review:):):) We spent 5 wonderful days in your beautiful country house, in the immediate vicinity of the Côte d'Opale. The relaxed and friendly atmosphere, combined with your unobtrusive presence, made the stay perfect. In every little detail, you can recognize the joy and dedication with which you created this place. Should one highlight the extraordinary, varied breakfast more, or rather the multi-course menu in the evening? Both were excellent and each a highlight of our vacation. We were particularly taken with the beautifully individually furnished and spacious rooms. We enjoyed numerous e-bike tours to the nearby sights and the beach sections in Wissant and Cap Gris-Nez. The restaurant recommendations were just as excellent as the menu that followed. We would like to thank you for an all-around successful vacation and will certainly be "repeat offenders."
Salut et à bientôt !!!

Schwarzneger "I shall be back "

Close to the seaside resorts such as Wimereux and the Cap Blanc Nez and Gris Nez . Away from the traffic set in a green environment. A nice cottage (used to be a bergerie) with 5 rooms and around in the fields a small herd of sheeps. Nicely decorated. servicebetter than any 4 stars hotels around. Need to be seen but most travellers keep returning with friends. Private parking and a shed for bicycles

A true paradise

A real gem in the beautiful hinterland of the Opal Coast. Christine and Bernard welcome you full of enthusiasm and with a lot of warmth on their beautiful domain. The rooms are all spacious and comfortable - the breakfast is as extensive as it is tasty and with lots of home-made products. Once a week Bernard cooks for the guests - it was really enjoyable. Very highly recommended!

Love at first sight

When I travel around France I rely exclusively on the Chambres d’Hotes de charme website and on this summer tour we came across this structure that from the first images seemed worthy of note. Reality has exceeded all optimistic expectations. Christine and Bernard welcomed us as if we were family and, also thanks to the amazing dinner on Thursday (Bernard cooks what he finds at the fish market of Boulogne Sur Mer and is an incredible cook, while Christine prepares desserts that are the envy of the famous pastry shops in the area and beyond), we dined with the other guests in an extremely convivial atmosphere immediately creating that alchemy that makes everything more special.
The location is very well maintained as well as the rooms and their estate embellished by the presence of their Golden Retriver to the century Pomme.
Breakfast is served outside or inside depending on the temperature and even here the Prince couple do their utmost in a very varied and high quality offer.
One of the most exciting experiences lived in France!!!!

Delightful B&B, located in the heart of nature, hosted by warm and welcoming owners

Delightful B&B nestled in the exceptional natural surroundings of the Pas-de-Calais region, and within 15 minutes of the seaside town, Boulogne-sur-mer, on France's Opal Coast. Christine and Bernard are wonderful hosts and excellent ambassadors for the region - their enthusiasm is infectious, and they took the time to share all kinds of useful tips about sights, activities and places to eat. The rooms are immaculately clean, tastefully decorated and cosy. A highlight was the daily breakfast, an indulgent and sociable affair, where all guests are seated around a large table, treated to an abundance of mostly homemade fare. Unfortunately, we missed out on the much-talked-about 'table d'hôtes' dinner during our stay, but all the more reason to return!
