Wonderful experience

Great time spent with the family. Nathalie and Sébastien are very lovely people who care about pleasing others, and it shows. Thank you for the early morning coffee so my husband could go to work. Thank you for the Northern specialty . Thank you for this quiet environment, the pool, and everything else. Looking forward to coming back to say hi to Mr. and Mrs. Colibri and also to Violette . Thank you for everything.

This was clearly the nicest place we stayed on our bike trip from Carcassonne to Sete. The host couple, Natalie and Sebastien, could not have more welcoming or helpful. Their quiet little chambres de hotes is very close to the Canal du Midi path and very relaxing. The swimming pool was a delight after a day on the bike and they served us beers poolside (extra charge). Their extremely friendly pup, Violette, was an unexpected delight. I recommend taking them up on the offer for a seat at their table de hotes as well. It was a delicious meal on their terrace. I would recommend that you consider planning each stage of your trip around an overnight stop at Le Colibri Bleu.

Go there with your eyes closed

Excellent home; Nathalie and Sébastien are perfect hosts, difficult to find better along the banks of the Canal du Midi.

Nous avons passé 2 très belles soirées à notre table d'hôtes et de bon moment de rigolade.
