I arrived without a reservation, the manager found a solution; he is great!

This hotel is perfect, the welcome is friendly, it is located a 3-minute walk from the Argelès sur Mer train station, the breakfast is plentiful, and the cleanliness is perfect. Nothing to complain about this establishment. Come, you will not be disappointed.

Shameful

We arrived at 10 p.m., no one at the reception, in short, it's not a big deal, everything was arranged with the reception by phone, but upon discovering the room faded wallpaper, leaking A/C, a slug in the fridge and one in the shower, the room's toilet dirty, the bedside tables barely holding on, the TV didn't work, and leaving at 7 a.m. no one at the reception, in short, avoid at all costs, and when you call, no one answers!

Excellent staff

The 2 staff of the hotel Karim and Yacine were very attentive, very welcoming, very smiling and very accommodating.
They have been at the little care at the top of the top and very available.
The hotel has 2 stars but deserves even more due to the quality and care.
A clean room, a quality mattress and the big plus an Air Conditioning.
Breakfast is very qualitative and very hearty in a very cheerful environment with a small terrace very well arranged.
The hotel is very well located close to the city center, the train station and the sea.
VERY GOOD PRICE QUALITY RATIO.
We made the journey from Switzerland, and we are very grateful for the work and quality we will return without problem

Disastrous

Devastating stay from start to finish.
When we arrived, the room was in an intolerable state: hair in bed, unhygienic fridge, sand and crumbs in storage, and a stained mattress and totally collapsed in the middle. Nothing was clean or comfortable, it is unacceptable for a hotel.
When I had to cut my stay short for serious personal reasons, the receptionist made it clear that the owner could accept an exceptional refund, and it was at that point, leaving the hotel, that I made my request via Booking.
However, my messages remained unanswered for several days. I have tried to contact the property several times by phone, without success. Strangely, it was only when I called with another number that the receptionist finally answered immediately. Even after that, my writings were only taken into account after several messages and only when I began to point out that I would share my disastrous experience in their hotel.
Finally, the owner claimed that the refund was “impossible” because of the terms and conditions, whereas Booking and the receptionist himself had confirmed to me that it was entirely possible. Dishonesty and blatant contempt for customers.
In short: dirty, uncomfortable hotel, with manipulative and disrespectful direction. Absolutely fleeing.

Great value for money

A really nice hotel at a low price, 45 cars the room in April 2 km from the sea with free parking... This is really a nice surprise value for money we 'e not done better, . Very friendly welcome, terrace on the ground floor, The hotel is located in the village of Argelès, shops and restaurants nearby
