Excessive price compared to the comfort.

We spent a night... our room was in the back building on the second floor.
the second spiral staircase
With the vehicle outside, it requires a lot of walking with luggage to reach the room.
I was really tired upon arriving in the room.
I expected more traditional furniture.
IKEA-style furniture
We heard a dripping noise all night; we thought it was a water leak, but it actually came from the radiators.
On the positive side: being able to walk around the grounds in the evening, with the buildings being lit up.

Very good overall.

A very nice hotel overall. We had a recently renovated room with a rather Art Deco style, pleasant, spacious, clean, and well-heated. The bedding was comfortable, the view very pretty, and we had a very good night.
The breakfast is also a nice surprise, featuring local products and short supply chains, which is appreciated.
A small detail to improve: the soft-boiled eggs. The indicated time was three minutes, but the water did not seem hot enough; we had to leave them much longer or risk having undercooked eggs.
My main drawback concerns mainly the decoration of the room. Many objects, furniture, or decorations had tags indicating who made them and their selling price. This sometimes gives more the impression of being in an exhibition or a showroom where everything is for sale rather than in a warm hotel room. Personally, this takes away a bit from the welcoming and intimate aspect of the place.
But aside from that, the experience remains very positive.

We recommend this hotel!

We advise against staying at this hotel so-called 3 stars because for 210 euros to three: no fridge, no TV, no air conditioning (and very safe to sleep in a mezzanine area), bathroom without window, no wi-fi, passing train next door, broken floating parquet, sofa in front of the wall, no kettle for coffee/tea, room small window overlooking tar, basic breakfast ...
