Beautiful August vacation.

Hotel in a perfect location, beach in front (very crowded, like all the others in the area) with fine sand. There are no beach clubs either in Ponteuil, in front, or in the ones next to it. Free showers, but you need to have an umbrella (The hotel lent us one).
We don't like having roads and traffic so close, but since the air conditioning was perfect, it wasn't necessary to open the windows.
The price is really very high, like all of tourist France in high season.
The staff is always present and very friendly. They provide paid, covered parking, which is very useful. In any case, on the street, you would have to pay.
The bed, very comfortable! Bathroom and room very clean. The furniture is a bit old and used.
Old Antibes, beautiful, a short walk away. Restaurants and shops all nearby.
We like to walk and we even went to Juan-les-Pins on foot. Much more chaotic and modern, but worth seeing.
Fabulous trips to Saint-Paul-de-Vence, Grasse, delicious, Gourdon, Biot, Old Nice.
The heat at the beach was atrocious, unfortunately, but the vacation was very nice, the small towns nearby gave us the air that wasn't there on the beach.
We recommend this hotel.

We had a lovely stay at Hotel Jose. It is situated in a perfect location with a beautiful beach just across the road and a pretty scenic 10 minute or so walk to the Old Town. The rooms are spacious and clean with comfortable beds and a good hairdryer! We had a lovely view of the sea, beautiful old town and mountains beyond. The breakfast provided was great in the patio with nice tables and comfy seating. The greenery surrounding it and coming through the tiles added to the look nicely! Most importantly the staff are amazing. Everyone we met was so friendly and always helpful, they even lend you parasols and chairs for the beach! I would highly recommend! Thank you Hotel Josse

Look no further than Jose Hotel for your stay in Antibes! The rooms and bathrooms are upgraded, the staff is very friendly and the location is excellent. It is about 15 min walk to the old town and the walk is on the promenade by the beach so it is pleasant. Very happy with this hotel!

Great location just by the beach. Very friendly and helpful staff! A car parking spot was reserved for us and that would have been a challenge otherwise. Clean room with well functioning AC and the electrical blinds was great. Finally, the breakfast buffet met all expectations.

Nice hotel in a good position

We spent 3 nights at Josse hotel and we were really satisfied. The staff of all women is very gentle and caring, giving us good suggestions both for restaurants and visits. We had a superior room (they are all facing the sea), very comfortable clean and large. Insulation between rooms is very good. Breakfast is really good and with full choice. You can easily use the bus to visit Juan Les Pin and the Garoupe, but the old town is reachable on foot in about 15 minutes. There is a nice walk along the beach just in front of the hotel. The hotel offers also the garage to be reserved before arrival. We are going to go back to this hotel for sure!
