Exceptional Hospitality & Wonderful Experience!

We had a wonderful experience at Hilton Cairo Nile Maadi. The welcome and hospitality were excellent, with special thanks to Moataz at the Front Desk for his warm and professional service.
The food was exceptional, and many thanks to Yasser and Mohamed from Food & Beverage for their great service. Special appreciation to Nosayba, who was incredibly helpful, kind, and hospitable throughout our stay.
Thank you to the whole team for making our experience so enjoyable and memorable!

Good Stay Hilton Cairo Maadi (Nile)

Great experience at the Hilton Cairo Maadi. We got there late evening and our room was not ready - but no problem. We left our luggage at front office and went to have dinner in the hotels restaurant. Food was delicious. While eating the staff from the front desk came to inform us that our room was ready and gave us our keys.
We went up to the room it was beautiful. We had a 1 bedroom suite which included full bathroom and 1/2 bathroom with sink and toilet - really needed that extra bathroom. Also included a rollaway bed at our request. Very comfy. View from room partially overlooking the Nile River. Our stay was comfortable no issues. Our room choice included access to the lounge and snacks.
Our fridge was full of drinks and snacks but if you eat / drink anything be prepared to include it to the bill at checkout. Note, there was no microwave. Bathroom had many free toiletries you will need in case you didn’t pack it. Slippers robe was useful. Bed was comfortable. Check out went well. Staff was friendly and helpful. Overall no complaints.

Great stay; fabulous staff.

This was the best Hilton I have stayed in bar none. Why? Yes the pool was good, the rooms spacious, clean and well appointed and the location was good for getting around Cairo. However the real difference between this hotel and all of the other Hiltons' I have stayed at were the staff. They could not have been more helpful, cheery and enormously welcoming. Although it is perhaps a cliche, nothing was too much trouble for them and they made our stay a positive delight. Could not recommend the hotel more highly and Hilton would be well advised to make sure that whatever it is that makes them tick here is immediately transported to their other locations!!

Our review

Very appréciable hôtel. The services are perfect. Quality of breakfast is perfect. We recommand this hôtel.
When the pollution is not so dense, we cab see the pyramids from our rooms

House keeping need to know how to do deep cleaning for the room, finger prints on the glasses, dust and dirt behind the chairs and between the furniture,.
Front desk they wear helpful and supportive all time with a smile thanks
