New hotel experience

A hotel with large and clean spaces very nice in the center of the city of Cuenca, with delicious and very varied food.

Average food

Our experience at the Grand Hotel Santa Ana in Cuenca turned out to be quite average. The service from the waiters was not that good, the dinner was very simple, dry, and with poor-quality flavors; the juice, which tasted more like water than juice, was super bad, and the dessert, super dry, seemed like stored product. The rooms did not help either: there was no lock on the windows of each room nor was there good water drainage in the bathroom, resulting in it being simply horrible.

Unforgettable experience

I had a very good experience at the Grand Hotel Santa Ana. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and the staff was very friendly and attentive throughout the stay. The location is also excellent for exploring Cuenca. As for the food, it was fine, although I consider that it could improve a little in variety and flavor to offer an even more complete experience. In general, it was a pleasant stay.

It is located 300 m from Calderon Park. It is a spacious hotel. But it still needs to improve in terms of infrastructure so they can provide a better service.
