Lovely stay in this hotel. Incredibly comfy beds. Hotel pictures don’t do it justice - has changed management recently and is better in person than the pictures made it out to be. Very happy with our stay!

Without air-conditioniner, without bath tub, without bath mat etc., with extremely simple breakfast, 5,044DKK for 3 nights was far too expensive. I regretted that I did not spend this amount of money by staying at a 4-star hotel near Copenhagen Central Station which I initially considered. The unusual heat was not the fault of the hotel, but driving up the rate for a festival was a ripoff I thought.

In need of a renovation/ refurbishment. Bathroom renovations are overdue by a decade at least.. Nice staff and decent breakfast. Good location.

Hotel room was tired. Not worth £ 170 in my opinion.
the bed didnt even shove up against the wall/headboard as a radiator was in the way. so the pillows disappeared down a gap at the head fo the bed.

Great, but smelly!

The staff were fantastic, the room was a great size and the hotel in a great location. The room had a very bad smell drains/sewer gas coming from the bathroom, which was very unpleasant. Given the room was £170 a night, I expected better.
On the 1st night, it was quite noisy from other guests above me, but otherwise was quiet. The town feels very safe and I walked back from Epic Fest to the hotel alone at 1:30am without any trouble.
I liked that the hotel had a manned reception 24hrs too.
