A hotel with a great location & charming staff

I'd booked a city break through Hays Travel & looked at the hotel reviews before going. They were awful! I was quite concerned but on arriving I was pleasantly relieved! The hotel is in a great location for the Old Town & Charles Bridge. The rooms were spotlessly clean & comfortable. The staff were charming, helpful & friendly. Breakfast offered a good, wide continental selection. We would be more than happy to stay there again, the best recommendation you can give.

CAUTION, bad bugs in the room.

1) what amazed us is that they dont have slippers and toothbrushes, receptionist offers to buy those .
2) at first night, in the room number 301, I woke up and saw many red iritated spots on my skin, and they were itching terribly, then from my pillow we found the bad bug spots, we immidiately reported to the teception, showed the bites and the bug, that BLAMED HS for bringing thosee bugs.
BEWARE OF RECEPTIONIST RENATA, she is terrible.

Stay away from the hotel if travelling with children.

The staff at the hotel was very cold. Too bad net. Traveled with children so booked because of the wifi and. When we went to the reception to ask for signals. She responded badly. And when we complained to TUI and they got pressured to help us. He who was supposed to help us seemed upset and refused to listen to us. And after that we felt like they were following us with ugly eyes. We've been out a lot.
The hotel itself is located very centrally, and the hotel was neat. Breakfast was neat and.
Not going to choose that hotel again. Best for older people, not families with children.

Stag do central hotel!! Got zero sleep from the noise of other guests blasting out music, screaming and talking loud some other guest left there own faeces outside there room from their bedding
