Top-tier service and incredible river views in Shenzhen
I stayed here during a business trip to Shenzhen, and it was an absolute highlight. Usually, business hotels can feel a bit clinical, but the river views and the surrounding nature here are truly spectacular—providing a much-needed peaceful escape after a long day of meetings.
The hotel is top-tier. The rooms were spotless and the service was "the bomb"—highly efficient and professional, which is exactly what I need when I'm on a tight schedule. This trip made me fall in love with Chinese hospitality and the city itself. I enjoyed every moment and will definitely choose this hotel again for my next business visit. Highly recommended for professional travelers.

Disappointing
The hotel must have been a benchmark in the 2000s.
Reception staff: does not try to help, does not speak or does not want to speak English.
Pool: no longer exists
Happy bar: no longer exists
Restaurant: no longer serves dinner.
Noise: drilling noises during the day.
Laundry: fee required
Room: very clean, but super old, bathroom with silicone seals done with fingers....
I booked a room for three.
Upon our arrival in the room, two beds.
Complaint at the front desk, we were sent back to the same room with a 3rd bed, a cot-type bed
Seriously, do not stay there.

We stayed at Shenzhen Felicity Hotel for 2 days during our trip to Shenzhen. It’s very close to Shenzhen Railway Station, the Shenzhen Metro, and the Hong Kong border gate. The room price was also reasonable, and we booked a room that included breakfast. I booked this hotel from trip.com

The most important thing I like to stay in Felicity Hotel is because the bed sheet and blanket are super clean. Also, location is just 5 mins walk from Lohu border which is very convenient crossing to Hong Kong. Around have many restaurants that I can choose.

Great location, especially when the road works will be completed. Great to see the soy sauce available with the eggs at breakfast. Great nights sleep as usual.
