The hotel is located smack in the centre of Yanping city, making it a really good place to enjoy the hustle bustle of Yanping. The service, in particular that of Ms. Lilian @ the front desk, is truly warm, caring and excellent. Breakfast is adequate albeit sparse but truly bad coffee was served from an all-for-one dispenser - juice, soya bean, water, coffee - all from the same single dispenser. I am really sad for the lonely one single turtle being kept as a pet in the aquarium in the breakfast hall. Keeping any living thing in a confined space, in solitary only by itself is really almost inhumane. I am no expert, but I thought turtle does live both on land and in water - by keeping it an aquarium, the solitary turtle is forced to constantly keep paddling and swimming all the time without any access to dry land. A BIG SADNESS, REALLY. More so, if the kept turtle is meant to be eaten !

Beautiful and memorable experience. Happy and literary employees. Excellent facilities and diverse and delicious foods. Night milk was provided by hotel to denote deep sleep for all the travelers.

~I often go to Nanping to do business. Occasionally, when other hotels are full and live in Hange, I think it is fortunate that I will usually choose to stay at Hange later, which is just convenient. Almost all of them choose to order VIP boutique or smart VIP big beds. On the afternoon of August 11th, I booked a VIP boutique queen room. My husband and I went to the front desk to check in at about 11:00. The front desk told me that my room type was a free upgrade this time. I thought it was for me. The upgraded room type is the kind of round bed, I said no, the front desk told me that it was not round but the room was bigger and there were two more chairs, I said yes. When I went up, I found out that it was still a VIP boutique on the 4th floor. I also worked in a chain brand of mid-to-high-end hotels. Even if each hotel has the same room type, the layout inside is different. The room must be big or small, but the same room type The required furnishings are roughly the same. Shouldn't the free upgrade be based on the room type booked to give you a free upgrade to another better room type? Is it called a free upgrade? What's the point of this free upgrade? It's just an upgrade to the same room type with better placement. Maybe each hotel operates differently? The last time I stayed in VI6, this time I stayed in V11, which was upgraded for free, but I don't feel any difference. The placement of objects in the room is a bit different, and the size is really the same. There are many ways for a hotel to be praised. After all, customers can’t see how many rooms are left in the control room. There will also be assessments for too many free upgrades, but this way should not be used to give guests free upgrades. Isn't it a shame to order a VIP boutique and just arrange it in what you call a larger room? It's not that I can't live in a better place for the tens of dollars, but my reimbursement limit is limited. I will still give praise to the original room type, but it really disappointed me later. I went back to my room and got ready to take a shower. I called the front desk to help me get a pink bathrobe. Halfway through the wash, the bathroom drain was blocked and the water was overflowing. I quickly called the front desk and asked someone to come and help me with it. Maybe The lady in the guest room was wearing pajamas and asked me what to do with my shoes, because she was wearing a pair of leather shoes, and the water was going down very slowly. Just think about it, and then I came out after blowing my hair and found the bathrobe for me. The pocket was dropped, I called the front desk at the back and said that there is no pink, only white, I said yes, the white was delivered, there is no problem, but the white bathrobe was also given to me with a belt and no Give me the belt, put it directly on the table and don't wear it. After all, there is no bathrobe in this room type, and guests will have to pay 10 yuan for the washing fee, so the quality must be guaranteed? I asked the security guard to deliver it for me. Why, I can do it last time, because sometimes my husband goes out wearing a bathrobe and I don't want to change clothes to get it. I went to get a list. The laundry room is on the sixth floor. The card, said that if there is no, only security can swipe it for me? I didn't carry the clothes down at that time. After I went up, I walked up the stairs to the sixth floor and couldn't find the laundry room. I called the front desk again and asked the front desk. Because I checked out earlier this time, it wasn't like it was more than one o'clock before. I said that I was in a hurry to check out for a while.
