Low price in great location

Moda is an excellent location in Vancouver. Across the street is the concert hall for the Vancouver Symphony. Starbucks 200 feet away. The street live, bars and low cost food is on Granville Street only a block away. The Transit train entrance to the airport or cruise ships is 3 blocks.
The staff is very helpful. The rooms are modest, but very clean and well maintained.

We do recommend the Moda. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location is great. It is sort of a slightly dated boutique hotel that worked well for our stay.

Close to the venue I was attending. Central lots of venues. Very walkable area. Front desk staff great. Quick check in Love staying here

We stayed just one night after disembarking a cruise. The staff were very helpful and stored our luggage. They also coordinated our morning can yo the airport. The location was great, near lots of restaurants and bars. I would stay again. My only negative is the room was small if you doing an extended stay but was fine for a short few days.

An average hotel in an old building that has been renovated but not really “updated”. Thin walls mean you can hear the neighbours. Basic room, but comfortable bed and good shower. Some maintenance snd cleanliness issues like ground-in dirt and worn furniture and upholstery. Good central location. Satisfactory no-frills stay for one night.
