Overall a very nice city style hotel to stay and loved the parking setup for in the city being so easy though you do have to pay a fee for parking. At least it's easy to use on and in and out. The room was very nice though set up was a bit 90s maybe inside the room with some shortcomings on electronics plug in for phone and internet. Very nice view from 10th floor given expectations we found it enjoyable to stay. Missed the breakfast unfortunately though was curious. Would also be nice if there was some sort of lobby shop for the guests though with Eaton Centre walking distance I get it. Also seems like a good location for some theatres in coding Massey.

The showers were horrible design. There is absolutely no perks with staying here. Everything is an extra cost.

Room had stains on the floor. And on the bathroom counter were two long black hairs when we walked in. I mean it’s kind of whatever. But also kind of gross. Overall the room was good. We only stayed one night. And we’re out until 11:30pm and left the next morning at 9am. Bed was comfy. They would benefit from having smart tvs so you can connect Netflix or something else.

Great locations, and Ann in reservations emailed me a long list of restaurants in the area. The suites are large and well equipped with a comfortable bed and a good desk and work chair. For a longer stay I prefer a walk-in shower, but the bath/ shower combination was fine for one night. And the staff are very courteous and helpful.

Worst checking process..very long. Needs improvement ASAP. Phone in the room was not working. A very basic necessity. Room was good just some basics items needed.
