Enjoyed our stay. Accommodation was in a great location with plenty of meal options and shopping just steps away. We walked everywhere. The bed was comfy and it was a good size room that was quiet.

Worst checking process..very long. Needs improvement ASAP. Phone in the room was not working. A very basic necessity. Room was good just some basics items needed.

I had to make a last minute trip to Toronto, so I booked the Cambridge Suites because I had stayed there about 6 or 7 times before, so I knew what I was getting, or at least I thought I did. The nightly price has nearly tripled since I first stayed there and upon check in I was told that the hotel was under new ownership some of their services, like putting a requested fan in the room and daily housekeeping services were no longer offered. Housekeeping is now only every 3rd day so for people staying 2 nights, as I was, would not receive housekeeping services. I think it is the first sign of a failing business when they charge more and offer less in return. Also, CAN YOU PLEASE CHANGE ALL THE BEDROOM DOORS TO SOLID WOOD DOORS?!?!?!? Frosted glass doors means the person in the living room area cannot have any lights on if the person in the bedroom wants to sleep. It is a poor and silly design choice that this hotel needs to rectify once and for all.

The breakfast staff were very nice, the front counter staff was just ok, busy but they could have been friendlier. The room was ok however we did have hair still in the bathroom. The hot tub was dirty and slummy, the bubbles created a slim on the tub.
