Do not book your parking with them!!!

Everything was perfect except... DO NOT BOOK YOUR PARKING WITH THEM. Do it yourself, directly at the parking (possibility to pay at the kiosk). Due to an administrative error on their part, I received a ticket of nearly $200 and it is impossible to get reimbursed.

Quiet, clean, great location

Overall, this was a wonderful stay! We were in room 305. It was very clean and it had everything we needed. The building was very secure as well. The location was perfect. Our room faced another building so it was very quiet at all times. The only downsides were that the couch bed was very squeaky and the lofted bedroom had an opening that we thought was a window but it actually was just an opening so it made the bedroom loud from the main living space. Otherwise, it was great!

Recent Trip to Quebec City

The citizens of Quebec City are friendly and welcoming. My wife and I were accompanied by traveling companion friends with whom we had previously visited France. We went to experience the European-style Christmas markets and to experience the food and ambiance. Our hotel in the “Lower City” was cozy, warm, and delightful. Temperatures were below freezing and it snowed every day we were there which was expected. The Christmas markets were so-so compared to those in Europe, but the food was outstanding and the beauty of Old Town Quebec City was indescribable.

Absolutely fabulous!

I’m always a bit hesitant to book at an Airbnb type place if I know I’m arriving late bc if something goes wrong you have no one to call. Our flight to Quebec got delayed and I was sure there would be some hiccup with accessing our loft. But nope! It went off without a hitch and Les Lofts’ directions in the email were absolutely perfect! The loft was gorgeous and we loved our unit! Full kitchen , full sized fridge, laundry, a full bath upstairs and a powder room at the bottom. Lovely view of the old Quebec street below. And the coolest part is that it’s right above the Cow ice cream shop lol. Les Lofts thought of everything - down to a first aid kit under the bathroom sink. The only minor gripe was lack of paper towels and there weren’t any tide pods/laundry detergent. Would’ve been nice but no biggie. Clean, comfortable , spacious - what more can I ask for ? And pricing wise, it’s about the same as staying at a 3 star hotel in Old Quebec. Highly recommend!

Logistically terrible, very good location and very nice, clean.

Les Lofts' method of collecting the security deposit is completely unsafe. The day before they send you an email threatening to cancel the reservation if you don't give them all the credit card information to secure the deposit (with which they could do whatever they want). They do not have any system to make a secure online payment, they ask you in writing by email for the card number, security code and expiration date. When we expressed the unease that this caused us, they only gave us the option of going to their offices (far from the apartment, where we have to walk with hills and suitcases) to make the payment there. Our surprise was that the central office did not have any secure payment either (neither a card machine nor any other system), we had to tell them out loud all the card details so that they could enter it manually into their system, without any type of banking security. of our data.
To put an end to their lack of delicacy on this issue, after reviewing the apartment they did not release the $300 deposit, and we had to wait for it to be automatically canceled a month after the end of our stay.
Sadly, they were not receptive to providing solutions to all these inconveniences, nor did they apologize or offer any compensation, despite asking for it.
