A luxurious 4-star hotel whose design elements are inspired by ancient temples from the 12 dynasties of Burma.
The design inspiration for this hotel comes from 12 buildings modeled after ancient Buddhist temples, representing the 12 dynasties of Burma. The hotel has a total of 120 rooms, decorated in a luxurious contemporary style with private balconies.
Room rates range from the entry-level Grand Deluxe with garden view, to the Junior Suite with a separate living area, and the top-tier Heritage Suite located by the lake with stunning views. At 175 square meters, this is the highest-level room, offering comprehensive amenities including an outdoor jacuzzi.
The hotel grounds have complete basic facilities, including swimming pools such as a large outdoor pool and a children's pool.
The main restaurant, Queen Saw Restaurant, serves traditional Asian and European cuisine. There's also Heritage Sky Bar, a rooftop bar perfect for watching the sunrise and sunset, and Pool Bar & Ko Gyi Kyaw Bar offering drinks and snacks by the pool.
Wellness activities include a fitness center, spa (Shwe Eain Thee Spa), and sauna.

Hotel buildings and grounds are nice as is the pool area. Room was spacious and nicely appointed. Nice white sheets and towels.
Pool area is lovely. But common in Myanmar I’ve found, staff at the pool area, bar, never ask you if you need a towel, don’t ask if you want a drink … it’s a bit odd given they are standing around.
Breakfast is good and for better when more folks were staying there. Food from the restaurant (is dinner) is all reasonably priced and lots of options- which is great as there is nothing walking distance!
Hotel can organise your balloon trip and e-bike hire too (both I highly recommend)
Def recommend this place, it’s a bit far from everything else but it is super nice

Heavenly Oasis
The grounds are superbly manicured, with all kinds of birds roaming around, and the traditional buildings are beautifully constructed with fine attention to local details.
The staff are super helpful and attentive and are committed to providing you with the most amazing experience.
The restaurant food is exceptional, with a range of dishes to suit local, asian, Indian and western cuisines.
The Tuktuk driver for the hotel is a lot of fun and can take you around all the best sites!
My room - the Heritage Suite - was beautiful, with a balcony opening out onto a lake. The room was huge, with great amenities and I really appreciated their commitment to displaying local artisan's works.
