Hotel di nuova costruzione, per gli standard Bulgari è un albergo davvero ben curato. Le camere sono nuove e grandi, pulizia ottima e abbastanza comoda anche la posizione per chi come me va a Shumen per lavoro. L'hotel si affaccia sul lago e ha l'ingresso che da direttamente sulla strada principale.

Avoid coming here!!
The staff was friendly.
The food was critical.
The pool and terrace was 3 days out of 4, occupied all day by major birthday parties. That is 15-20 children in the otherwise relatively small pool. There was no room for others.
We had to watch a female employee (receptionist?) get violently overwhelmed/shelled out by her male boss. So violent that one of her male colleagues eventually had to physically stand between them when he just like us was worried about whether the boss would beat her!! Very unpleasant. In general, the staff felt a bad and depressed mood when the male “Neanderthal” of a boss was nearby.
We strongly recommend that you do not book Acktion Deluxe
Ok rooms - nice and clean. However, we thought the mattresses were a bit hard and lacked top mattresses. The bed linen was clean and it was lovely there were duvets and not just sheets.
The breakfast consisted mainly of cakes or things that were fried/fried. Very far from European. The bread was old and dry - even the day we arrived when the breakfast buffet opened. The juice in the containers on the buffet tasted bad and we later realized that it was the same juice that stood there all the 4 days were staying at the hotel - the same applies to most of the cakes that were presented on the buffet. We just put a piece of stuff over to the next day. Not good to know how many days/months it says. Even though breakfast was expensive in itself, neither coffee, water nor juice were included - we had to pay for it alongside ₹ Last night, the dinner was really under criticism. It took almost 2 hours from the first in the company got his food, to the last in our company of only 8 people got his food. Two plates were with completely raw chicken! 1 was with the wrong food and ice cold (think it came from a fridge?!) even though it was a hot dish. 1 plate the ordered fish was not at all as ordered. It was paned, fried and unappetizing. The salad on all plates was not rinsed and cleaned and therefore there was crushed and yellow/wissed salad in between. We tried to complain and the serving staff was welcoming and agreed that the food was under all criticism. However, we only received 19 leva reduction on a bill of almost 300 Leva. They couldn't offer anything else until the boss came the next day. The boss didn't come the next day and even though we complained again, we eventually had to drive with an unfinished case. Absolutely not OK!! We are very dissatisfied.

Otel yöneticisinin türk konukları istememesi
Booking üzerinden 2 ay önceden bu otele rezervasyon yaptırdım. Gidiş tarihimden 1 hafta öncesinde otelden aradılar onay için .Kendilerine belirttiğimiz tarihlerde geleceğimizi söyledik(geç saatte). Rezervasyon günü otele gittiğimizde ,otel yöneticisi odamızı başkasına verdiğini söyledi. Bookingi aradığımızda odanın hala bizim adımıza göründüğünü söylemelerine rağmen yönetici kaba bir şekilde istediğine odayı vereceğini ve türkleri sevmediğini söyledi...Geç bir saatte 2 küçük çocukla ortada kaldık..Booking e Türkiye den müşteri istemedikleri belirtmiş olsalardı seçmezdik ve mağdur da olmazdık...

Hotel iyi ve yeni. Fiyatı normal, temiz ve güzel yerde kalmak isteyenler için ideal. Ailece kalınabilir. Oda ısıtma Ve soğutma iyi. Terlik var, saç kurutma istemeniz gerek. Aile odalarında balkon yok. WiFi iyi, otopark mevcut, kahvaltı ayrı ücret
