Great hotel to stay in Pouso Alegre

Very attentive staff. Breakfast a delight, with many varieties!! Bed and pillows very comfortable.

Travel to work

The hotel has an excellent reception! An unusual attention, very attentive. The breakfast is spectacular, delicious, even better than a 5-star hotel. There's an employee who stays at breakfast, which I like too much, she's so polite, patient, receptive! A treasure of the hotel. Small rooms but comfortable, the question is the following, it is right in the center, nearby Catholic church.

Good location.

A large room and bathroom, good space to store luggage, the Wi-Fi, is not very valid, the hotel has undergone a good renovation, very clean and attentive staff, breakfast, could be more regional, but it is quite simple.

Weekend in the Family

From the first contact via WhatsApp for booking, I noticed that the service was different. Very attentive, the reception staff made the reservation in non-commercial hours and were very agile and friendly at the time of check-in and checkout. When we request suggestions from pet friendly restaurants for our dinner, immediately contacted the establishment to find out if they met our request.
